All I have to say are good words, the staff was super polite, everything was clean. We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The restaurant during breakfast was a bit crowded, but that's totally understandable, it was a weekend of May 1st, most of hotels were fully booked. If I needed to stay in Berlin again, I would choose this hotel. Sure you can find cheaper hotels, but then again it's a 4 star hotel, it's as cheap as it gets. So in overall I had a wonderful vacation.
