The pillows smelled urine and transpiration, we asked to change pillows, and they were supposed to do it. They never did it!

è un hotel per standard molto elevati. In questo senso è un ottimo hotel che accontenta anche i palati più fini. La stanza è bella in stile moderno, la rpima colazione al buffet è di alta qualità, gli ambienti comuni sono accoglienti e molto puliti, la posizione dell'hotel centralissima e comoda ai locali e centro storico. è caro ma la qualità si paga!

The room was really too little for a 5 stars. I'm not sure it was a single o double room. The bed seems to be for single use and not double

Excellent location to all the clubs, bars and restaurants. 15 min walk to the Dam square and the Red Light district. During the night all the clubs are only 5 min walk from the Hotel. During the day the coffee shops are only about 10 min away. I would recommend this hotel specially if you don’t want to walk a lot and want that extra special service and convenience. It may be a bit pricy for most people but you pay for the top rate service and accommodation.

The NH Amsterdam Center was located exactly where I wanted to be. Everything was great. The service staff were friendly and helpful.

Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.

City tax is not included and incurs a 5% fee.
Shuttle service to the airport costs €15,00 per person, one way.
