Ehepaar 50. Das erste mal inHamburg. Hamburg ist eine toole Stadt. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. ACHTUNG !!! Wenn über Venere gebucht wird ist das Frühstück inkludiert. Mir wollte das Hotel das Früshstück extra verrechnen. Auch auf der Hotel Home Page wird hier beiden Angeboten differenziert !!! Ich musste erst Reklamieren um das seitens Venere ausverhandelte und via EMail bestätigte Package auch zu bekommen. Als Draufgabe bekam ich dann vonder Rezeptionnoch ein paar "flapsige" Bemerkungen :-(( Auch die Umgebung muß kritisch beäugt werden (Schanzenviertel!) Bei unserem AUfenthalt kam es hier zu großen Randalierungsakten beim "Schanzenfest". Keine Warnungen seitens des Hotels :-((

Very interesting hotel architecture. Nice rooms, which are quite small. Breakfast is fine if its included in the accomodation rate. Otherwise it´s too expensive (22 Euro). The Spa area is clean and cosy, however a swimming pool is missing.

Very good hotel with excellent facilities. Rooms well equiped but quite small. Good secure car parking garage and very close to U-Bahn and S-Bahn. I would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Hamburg.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the rooms are available at any time from 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Parking in the garage is not included and costs €20,00 per day.
Use of the outdoor parking area is not included and costs €12,00 per day.
Bike rental is not included. Prices on request.
Pets accommodation is not included and costs €25,00 per day.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations can be cancelled up to 1 day prior to arrival.
