Nice hotel with lovely pool area. Very pricey, but that must come with Lugano. The public areas could use some updating, but the pool and pool area are very nice with a beautiful deck looking at Lake Lugano. For the price range, they were very strict about issuing beach towels (1 per person per stay), which is unusual for a property in this price range. Hotel restaurant was very good--we had 2 dinners there.

We were very pleased with the hotel and its staff and I will be very glad if you will send a messege of thanks and deep apriciation to the reception staff and perticularly the girl there. I dont remember her name, but she was wonderful. My best wishes to all. David and family from Israel.
