We were very pleased with the hotel and its staff and I will be very glad if you will send a messege of thanks and deep apriciation to the reception staff and perticularly the girl there. I dont remember her name, but she was wonderful. My best wishes to all. David and family from Israel.

By train or plane - please be so kind as to inform us upon your arrival in Lugano as it is our pleasure to collect you.
By car from the north: motorway exit Melide, follow Bissone, then Campione. Just in front of the arch Campione d'Italia, make a right turn.
By car from the south: motorway exit Bissone, follow Bissone, then Campione. Just in front of the arch Campione d'Italia, turn right.
