due to the rooms not being allocated before we arrived one of our party was put on a different floor after booking three double rooms and to be told breakfast was extra well that was insult to injury in noway is this your falut it is there company policy of allocation on arrival but apart from that it was a great weekend and probably would retun to the hotel and will diffently be using your service again in the future
