- Children 18 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.

A valid credit card will also be required for all guests upon registration. The office is open from 8 AM to 11 PM Monday through Friday. Front desk check-in is available 24 hours a day. A mandatory cleaning fee ($75 USD) will be charged at check in for stays less than 6 nights, and cancellations/ changes made 72 hours prior to arrival.

We really liked our condo. It is a good place to share in family. I totally recommend it. The only thing is you have to pay by internet, although they solved our problem at the end. Venezuelan people: mantengan su cupo cadivi de internet disponible para el pago del hotel.

The resort is very nice and the accomodations are good. The reservation stated that we can check in at 3:00pm. We got there at 3:30 and the room was not ready. We finally got a call at 5:00pm that the room was ready. I was quoted a rate of $125.00 for one night. I was very surprise when I got there and was charge an additional $75.00. I came to find out that under the cancellation and modification policy, the very last line in small print states that if your reservation is for 5 nights or less they will charge an extra $75.00. It was a total surprise to me. It should be stated as part of the rate and not hidden in the small print.

I stayed here with my partner and our 3 children for 4 nights (2 before and 2 after a cruise). We were given a free upgrade to superior and deluxe condos in that order. This place was as good as any 5 star hotel I've stayed at, the accommodation was beautiful, spacious and very clean. I couln't fault Visa Cay in any way at all and will be telling my friends all about it. The staff were very helpful and polite, a superb place to stay.

Loved this place! Condo was spacious and very well appointed. Would recommend to all. Only downside is it is not directly near any commercial establishments (to walk to dinner, for example), so a car is needed.
