The heating was too bas, especially during the night!

The room was spacious for london standards, but not so clean, one side has a disgusting mildewy smell. The room was underground side and even if it we stay at the 10th floor we had train noise from 6am to 11pm!

WE had 4 very enjoyable and happy days at the Copthorne. The hotel was immaculate and the staff were ever so helpful and friendly. The location in Kensington is ideal for a London visit. We will be back.

Even though you book on the net, it does not mean they have to put you in a noisy room and not to make your rooms until you ask at 8 PM. Too much money for what you get!

The hotel was extremely close to a tube station, restaurants, and a Marks & Spencer food hall. The staff was helpful in storing our bags when we arrived, getting us a map and marking the hotel's location, giving directions to the tube station, and letting us know that a bank holiday was happening the day we arrived so some of the tube stations would not be working that day. Our room was facing the back of the hotel which looks down on the train tracks but the noise was minimal. There were plenty of elevators to service the hotel.

Si no sabeis ingles no os facilitarán ningún dialogo.

The information about the train to the hotel was not quite correct. I asked at Heathrow for directions to the hotel and which trains to get and they said that the information you had was not quite correct. You may want to double check this.

Excellent standard at a very good price. Rooms are ok, it's perfect to move around london, it's very close to the tube and it's in a wonderful position!
