The worst experience ever, the fire alarm went on three times during my stay, at 3 am and 7 am and 2 pm. No safe box. Room is too small and condition is horrible. Only advantage is location.

Great location. Great room. Don't expect a smile from the reception desk or from the concierge and you'll be very happy with your stay.

generally a tired and dated hotel from the 70s, old and noisy air conditioning, overooking train lines, had stayed here years ago when this was a Jury's property and no discernabe investment made in the property sinse then, great location though.

We upgraded so we could use the lounge which made a difference as the rooms (even upgraded) aren't anything special. Had a fire alarm one night which resulted in a long walk down from the top floor. The hotel gets lots of groups and isn't very appealing from the outside but if one doesn't mind walking there is a lot around and the Tube is just a few blocks up

Didnt feel there was a personal level of customer service, check in was poor with a long queue, the receptionist queried that we had breakfast included despite my confirming same with an email, we still continued to have issed with breakfast inclusion throughout our stay and an unauthorised charge was made to our credit card the day after our return despite checking with reception on check out that our account was settled. Good location and clean hotel but dated decor and poor customer service means I wouldnt return.

We enjoyed a lot our stay in club room. We were positively surprised. Clean and silent room at 11th floor, continental breakfast was abundant and good, we appreciated a lot also the asiatic restaurant (so much that we had dinner 3 times). Only problem was that bed was too short (I'm 1.90m). Very close to tube station and nice surroundings. We definitively would return in future London holiday.

The welcome was pleasant and the rooms comfortable and clean with nice bath facilities. Our 4 day stay was very nice. I found the cost of WiFi to be annoying since it was available for free at lesser hotels.

The hotel is in a fantastic location - about 3 mins walk to High Street Kensington. Our room on the 1st floor was a little "tired" decor wise but a good size and very quiet. We did feel that the reception and guest services desks were understaffed - we had to wait for 3-5 mins each time we had to use the reception desk and on a couple of occasions just gave up and got help/assistance elsewhere.

The room was spacious for london standards, but not so clean, one side has a disgusting mildewy smell. The room was underground side and even if it we stay at the 10th floor we had train noise from 6am to 11pm!

Even though you book on the net, it does not mean they have to put you in a noisy room and not to make your rooms until you ask at 8 PM. Too much money for what you get!

The hotel was extremely close to a tube station, restaurants, and a Marks & Spencer food hall. The staff was helpful in storing our bags when we arrived, getting us a map and marking the hotel's location, giving directions to the tube station, and letting us know that a bank holiday was happening the day we arrived so some of the tube stations would not be working that day. Our room was facing the back of the hotel which looks down on the train tracks but the noise was minimal. There were plenty of elevators to service the hotel.

Siendo un hotel "internacional", en las televisiones hay canales: japones, aleman, italiano, frances, etc., pero no español lo cual ¿ya significa algo no?. Si no sabeis ingles no os facilitarán ningún dialogo.

The information about the train to the hotel was not quite correct. I asked at Heathrow for directions to the hotel and which trains to get and they said that the information you had was not quite correct. You may want to double check this.
