Hotel Torino Roayal relocated us to Hotel Aston, which is some km outside of Torino. We accepted this as our friends came by car and could bring us to the fair ground every morning. The price for the rooms remained unchanged but they offered a 1 night cancelation free of charge. So the Hotel might be good but we did't see it due to overbooking ...

Good size, clean room, polite and welcoming staff: very good price/quality ratio. But no internet connection available in room (only in selected rooms or in the main hall)!

Disappointed with the hotel especially as it has recently been acquired by Accor Hotels. The air conditioning did not work properly in the room which was especially annoying with the outside air temperature being so hot. The room safe did not work as its battery was run down - again not very good. Staff unable to correct. We also felt that the breakfast was poor quality for a four star hotel. You receive better quality and variety in a 2 star Ibis. Overall, disappointed and suggest hotel should only be rated 3 star. No help with luggage offered on arrival. Receptionist admitted they were having problems, but failed to do anything about my comments.
