Hotel Mercure Torino Crystal Palace - Turin

Highly recommended. It is an excellent, nicely refurbished hotel, close to the lovely Via Lagrange. The rooms on offer are very good value for money. The staff are friendly and competent.

Really nice hotel but very poor location. Rooms were fantastic for the twins / double we had, but the single was not over-inspiring

The hotel is really nice and price/quality is correct. Unfortunately this area safe day and night is a bit unsafe.

Very good hotel. Excellent price/quality ratio. The sorroundings are really hugly, but the location is good because very close to the railway station.

Excellent location. Surrounding area quite depressive. Difficult to reach by auto due to works in progress on the main street.

Excellent Hotel! Wow, so nice. A/C worked great. Internet worked great. really neat satellite TV. I was not able to even see all the various choices I had with it. Modern, new. Loved it. Not the best part of town, but had no problems. Single room is a single room, with a Single bed, but I was OK with it.

I stayed at this hotel during a congress. Rooms were good and clean. However taxi driver told that the location was the most dangerous area in Torino. Especially it was scary to walk to the hotel at night.

El hotel esta muy bien pero el ambiemte en las calles no es lo mejor,por lo demas el hotel está perfecto y muy cerca de lo mejor de Torino

Phenomenl Service. Great Room. Awsome price! Allowed pets for ten euro more. Located litterally across from the train station.This makes it walking didtance to many of Torino's ttracons The only thing is it is located in a not so great block. One or two blocks over it is a totally different story. There is secured parking around two corners (about a block total walking) that the hotel provided us for free and the breakfast was awesome. We will definitely stay at this hotel on future visitsand I would definitely recommend it to family and or friends the only reason rated 8 on services and facilities there was no pool. No big deal ohterwise solid 10

Perfect hotel. very near to the railway station app. 3 minutes. two important thnigs A. in front of the hotel is full with pimps, prostitutes and other scum - but they are generally friendly and dont do any problems B. before the hotel construction works are going (new metro line). overall the hotel is VERY VERY good and i will back. The breakfast is very good especially dolce!!

The quality and position of the hotel is really perfect and usefull good service and perfect the relationship price/quality

Ristrutturato da poco. Stanze molto gradevoli e buona accoglienza. E' a 2 passi dalla stazione di Porta Nuova e quindi in zona centrale ma, come spesso accade in queste zone, si vedono un po' di visi loschi. Ha un parcheggio interno di appena 4/5 posti o un garage convenzionato a 200 metri.
