I asked for a single queen size bed. Instead I found twin beds and this affected negatively my stay

My room was a little too small. Also during the afternnon, even with the "Do not disturb" sign posted, an attendant knocked at my door asking me one day to check the frigo bar and the following day to check the water botlles .....

It was quite clean and quiet hotel. It locates next to the underground Bologna station (3 minutes to walk). It was very convenient for us. All day you walk around the historical city and worn out you come back to this quiet hotel. The only thing I did not like thare were not many places to eat around hotel.
