This hotel is an oasis in a big city. Walking back in to the Mandarin Oriental after after a hard 2 hours shopping is bliss! The beds are so comfortable and the rooms so quiet. I even got a belated birthday cake delivered to my room when I wasn't even staying at the hotel that day! Wow. And booking through Venere made the rate unbelievably reasonable.
