Hotel LOGIS Les Pasteliers - Albi

This was our first visit to Hotel Les Pasteliers and to Albi, where our daughter is studying at the University. The hotel was good value for the money. The location was not far from the centre and the free parking nearby was a bonus. However, if you arrive on a Friday night make sure you park in the smaller section of the square. A Saturday market takes up the bigger half and your car will be towed away after 5am. The hotel left us a note warning us which was very helpful. The surrounding area is ok but our room was a bit noisy because we had to have the window open due to the heat. Air conditioning is available but we prefer fresh air. The guy on reception (not sure if it was Jean-Claude or Patrick)was very nice and always spoke to my daughter in French and in good English to us!

Our first room was a bit small, but we were upgraded at the same price. The parking worked out very well and the breakfast service was excellent on a beautiful patio. The hotel location was a short walk to the town center and in a quiet part of town. Excellent value!

Double with air conditioning 3 flights of stairs so not for the infirm. Relatively expensive for the amenities but very comfortable

I am 76 yrs old and have a rheumatic condition so have to spend much of the day in the bedroom.Sadly, we found the bedroom too small. However, it had a refigerator (marvellous!) and tea and coffee making facilities. The private terrace was most welcome but it was too hot to sit outside. The hotelier spoke good English and was polite and charming when I explained my problem.

Staff very friendly, reception area very nice and the jacuzzi tub in our room was a pleasant surprise.It was walking distance to the church and restaurants. We would stay there again and suggest this hotel to others.No elevator.We stayed one nite and only took a tote bag.

We opted for the slightly higher priced superior room and it was beautiful! Plenty of space, very clean and the furnishings were charming. Very comfortable. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. We were in Albi as an extension to a visit to a music festival near Carmaux and we're glad we were able to experience this wonderful town and all it has to offer.

The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the centre of Albi and the sights.

No complaints. Not fancy. Functional. Good location for walk to old town. Very good value for money. helpful owner with excellent English.

Our stay in this hotel was spoilt by the most uncomfortable mattress on the bed. Otherwise all was exactly as we expected.

Venere.com messed up my reservation - I made a reservation the night before we travelled, and when we arrived in the evening, the hotel had not received it from Venere - very bad!!! However, a twin room was available as requested (#204), and it even had a small terrasse, which was really a super treat! And the hotel management is extremely friendly and helpful - where else would they carry your luggage to the 2nd floor? All in all a very pleasant stay. And Albi is just a gorgeous art and cultural city - the dome and the toulouse-Lautrec exhibition are worth the visit.

This hotel is situated in a quiet part of Albi within easy walking distance of all major attractions, and very close to a lively square with fountainss, cafes and restaurants. The owner was very welcoming. The parking garage was about 2 blocks away which was not very convenient but the street outside and nearby square seemed quite safe. There were tea and coffee facilities in the room, very unusual for France. There were no carpets in the entire hotel which meant that it was quite noisy when guests were arriving late at night.

Not a fault of the hotel but there were guests with very noisy children who did not consider other guests!

The hosts, the welcome and the service were absolutely first class. This hotel is an absolute find and a treasure. The owners are very enthusiastic about running it and about looking after their guests. I would definitely go back to it when I visit Albi again and have already recommended it to friends! The customer service and care is out of this world!!

Merece la pena sin duda visitar Albi y el hotel "Les Pasteliers" es una base de operaciones excelente. No sólo por su céntrica ubicación, con un parking gratuito a 10 metros, sino porque esta pareja de chicos te dan un trato tan bueno que te sientes como si estuvieras visitando unos amigos. La atención es exquisita, el desayuno muy bueno y la decoración del hotel digna de verse, mezclando lo antiguo con lo moderno. Las habitaciones son bonitas y están muy bien equipadas. Y además es gayfriendly. Chapeau !!!

We spent 5 nights in the hotel Les Pasteliers. I would recommend the site to anybody wishing to have an agreable leisure time and nice treatment. The hotel is especially suitable for young/mature couples.
