Lindner Hotel Am Belvedere - Vienna

The staff don't appear to be very well trained - either that or they do not care about the guest experience. Check-in and Check-out was slow and impersonal. Check-out took 35 minutes and so I was late to my business meeting. I also asked them for some assistance on 2 other ocassions, once on how to access and garage and another time for info on the surrounding area. Both times I walked away with no further insight and feeling like I had bothered them. Shame as the hotel is in a really great location and the rooms are quite nice.

Excellent hotel with very good location at Belvedere. Walking distance to historical center of Wien and almost all off interesant places. Very nice rooms and good quality of service. Friendly and competent staff. Some extra payment like breakfest and car parking (not included). My recommendation: very good

We arrived very early in freezing cold and the staff were welcoming and very accomodating. They even let us do an early check -in which was a life-saver. The hotel beds are very very comfortable and great to relax in, while the location so close to Belvedere in a tranquil setting is great; a short walk to the city-centre without the noise.

The Lindner is more of a business hotel, in the Belvedere district, near the Italian Embassy. It was very quiet and the rooms were clean. The only issue is that the nearest Ubahn is in the Karlsplatz, about a 10-15 minute walk. The Sbahn however, runs in front of the hotel. Also try the Salm Brau, it a very nice place to eat, about a 150 yards up the street. I would definitely stay again

An excellent moderately-priced conveniently located hotel. Within walking distance of both subway station with direct link to airport and the interesting old city within the Ring. The hotels is ultra-modern, clean, and has an excellent buffet breakfast.

5-star quality and service for 4-star price. New, spacious, really comfortable hotel in one of the best areas of Vienna.
