Nice boutique hotel. Nice reception, furniture ok, everything is recent, bathroom nice, price is ok, but all rooms and bathrooms are very small. You do feel squeezed in there. It's somewhat compensated by the nice furniture, beds, etc.

UP: nice modern rooms, city centre position DOWN: no-privacy bathroom door, some problems with room key

The rooms are too much small

Very discreet receptionists, although quite helpful. Room was small et seems clean, but for the window which should not have been opened by us. we were at the highest level and it was dirty. Very small shower-room. The surroundings of the hotel are quiet and not too far from the old city center on foot.

Tiny room and quite dark (I never staid in such a tiny room yet) chambre minuscule et plutôt sombre(je n'ai jamais séjourné dans une chambre aussi petite) very good breakfast (not included in room price)

God hotel for its position close to Munich city center. Room very clean and nice. Staff very kind and welcoming. The door of bathroom is transparent with low privacy. Compared to other hotels the price is quite ok.

Clean and tidy, but so small there was nowhere to place luggage. Glass door on bathroom was a bit lacking in privacy.

Nice and helpfull staff. the rooms are clean and nice looking. only the rooms were a bit loud, but not too loud. (noices from other guests in the floor)

Holiday. For young people maybe

The restaurant customers on the other side of the street made noise until 3 am in the morning

Very good hotel, my room was clean and tidy. I had only 2 drawbacks: the desk in the room is quite small so that you can't even open your laptop on it. In general, maybe the room should have a little bit more furnitures. Also, there is a club just in front of the hotel. The room is quiet while the window is closed. It was warm so I wished to sleep with the window open, but the club was quite noisy. Anyway, nothing that can't be easily solved.
