Leonardo Airport Hotel Berlin Brandenburg - Berlin

The room was nice, but!!! There was tons of black hairs behind the bathroom door and in the bathtub! It made me think what they had not cleaned up if they even missed the dirt you could see! The room was HUGE! Which was a nice surprise, but those black hairs really ruined a lot of the experiene... The lady whom worked at the resturant was really rude and left in the middle of our ordering, without saying a word. She did that about 3 or 4 times. The man whom worked in the reception in the evening was very helpful. Upon departing day the woman in the recepetion was not polite to us when we wished to split our payment, so that we each payed half by credit card. She came with some snive comments because of this request. However, the location to the airport is great. Just one stop away.

The curtains in the rooms did not block the sunlight at all. we woke up very early. The food at the lobby was very expensive and the service there was bad. The front desk clerk was very welcoming. Breakfast was good.

ANCHE SE E'UN PO' DISTANTE DAL CENTRO (CI VOGLIONO CIRCA 25 MINUTI DI METRO)E' MOLTO BEN COLLEGATO ALLA METRO CHE DISTA APPENA 5 MINUTI A PIEDI DALL'HOTEL.OTTIMO IL RAPPORTO PREZZO-QUALITA'. STANZE SPAZIOSE E LUMINOSE MA CON UN UNICO DIFETTO: LE TENDE SONO TROPPO CORTE FACENDO COSI' ENTRARE MOLTA LUCE IN STANZA SIN DALLE PRIME ORE DEL MATTINO, (UN PO' FASTIDIOSO PER CHI VUOL RIPOSARE QUALCHE MINUTO IN PIU'...)

The hotel has an ideal location ner the airport. Yes, I have been to Berlin many times.

Es gab absolut keinen Anlass zur Kritik. Vom Preis über die Sauberkeit bis hin zur Freundlichkeit des Personals war alles nahezu perfekt. Wir haben dieses Hotel nun zum zweiten Mal besucht und werden es wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen Schönefeld sicherlich wieder tun. Prädikat: uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert !

Very good the transportasion service to sxf airport.The temperature of the room was not good and there was no any heating in the bathroom.

comfortable hotel, close to public transportation, free shuttle to and from airport, family rooms spacious and comfortable, albeit simple furnishings and not too new. without the minibar.good restaurant with local specialties, slightly expensive.

The information board at the airport with free phone only show its name as Airport Hotel. However, the shuttle bus comes in 10 mins after our call even when we arrive at 10:30pm.
