The Bristol Hotel is a superb hotel with old elegance and service. We have stayed there three times previously and loved it each time. It is in the perfect location in Warsaw. Our problem in making a reservation with Venere.com is that the beautiful, buffet breakfast that has always been a part of the room fee was not included when when we checked in. To include the breakfast was an additional 25 euros per person. In addition to this problem there are not any restaurants that serve breakfast within quite a few blocks of the Bristol. I was actually surprised that my reservation went through Venere.com because I was on another site making my reservation and when it went through. (I believe it was Euro-cities.com) I was puzzled that the email reply was through Venere.com. I thought that the Warsaw office probably subcontracted through Venere.com. I had actually had correspondence with the Warsaw office of the site I was on to clarify whether the breakfast was included or not. My answer was that it was. I would advise you to specify on your website that in reserving the Bristol through you the breakfast is NOT included in the price of the hotel. As an aside, we found the Bristol a little tired looking this time. The walls were scuffed from luggage. The flourescent light bulb in the bathroom was flickering, and one of the safety handles in the shower was loose.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms before midday.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Use of ADSL Internet access is not included in the price and costs €20,00 for 24 hours.
Pets are accepted and incur an extra charge of €50,00 a night.
Use of the swimming pool, workout room, Finnish sauna and Turkish steam bath is free of charge.
Use of the sun beds is not included in the price and cost €3,50 per 15 minutes.
Massages are not included in the price. A full massage session costs €40,00.
Breakfast is included in the price over the weekend.
Breakfast is not included in the price for guests staying during the week (Monday to Friday) and costs €25,00 per person (VAT included)

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation is done later than 6 p.m of the day of arrival we will charge the client for the first night.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
