Hotel Bristol, A Luxury Collection Hotel - Warsaw

The Bristol Hotel is a superb hotel with old elegance and service. We have stayed there three times previously and loved it each time. It is in the perfect location in Warsaw. Our problem in making a reservation with Venere.com is that the beautiful, buffet breakfast that has always been a part of the room fee was not included when when we checked in. To include the breakfast was an additional 25 euros per person. In addition to this problem there are not any restaurants that serve breakfast within quite a few blocks of the Bristol. I was actually surprised that my reservation went through Venere.com because I was on another site making my reservation and when it went through. (I believe it was Euro-cities.com) I was puzzled that the email reply was through Venere.com. I thought that the Warsaw office probably subcontracted through Venere.com. I had actually had correspondence with the Warsaw office of the site I was on to clarify whether the breakfast was included or not. My answer was that it was. I would advise you to specify on your website that in reserving the Bristol through you the breakfast is NOT included in the price of the hotel. As an aside, we found the Bristol a little tired looking this time. The walls were scuffed from luggage. The flourescent light bulb in the bathroom was flickering, and one of the safety handles in the shower was loose.
