long queueing at the check in, as not all desks were opened cleaning services did not care about the "do not disturb" sign, they came in every time I had a call from the reception at 10 PM !!!before the check out day, that there is something wrong with my card, could I go down. when I said I was already sleeping, and no way I am going down now, they still insisted it would be good if I could go down!!! this is not the service and customer focus you would expect from such an expensive hotel!!!

I would say that the hotel was a bit overcrowded, it was always a line at the reception irrespecive of what time of the day you got there. The breakfast was availible only in rooms and was pretty expensive. However, the location of the hotel was excellent, just few metres away from the metro station and 10-minutes walk from Arc.

A l'arrivée, une seule employée (occupée)à la réception et nous avons été obligés de nous manifester pour qu'elle daigne aller en chercher une autre ! Et au départ, également peu d'employés ce qui nous a imposé une longue attente pour régler la note. Pour un tel hôtel, c'est inadmissible.

Although already experienced, I guess the relationship between price/quality and the overall services are good. This hotel is also very close to the low cost air companies terminal.

I had a nice stay at the hotel. The hotel location was perfect as the airport bus stop was right infront of the hotel, so it was very convenient. Metro station was 1 min away from the hotel. Nice restaurants around the hotel, so finding good food was not a problem. Roooms were a bit small. Hotel service was excellent. Overall, I would definitely go back for a return visit to this hotel.
