This hotel focuses on a particular population group. Kids run wild and as young as 3 yo dominate business centre computers. Staff advised that parents object when complaints are lodged. Well, I am a parent and I object to being treated like a 2nd class citizen. Really, this is an insulting comment from staff. My wife and I are regular visitors to Munich. We will not stay at Le Meridien again.

At first, I chose this hotel because it is very near to the central staton. The rooms are clean and staff is kind, so I could enjoy staying in the hotel. I stayed in this hotel four times. This time, I booked two rooms. One room's mattress on the bed is not separated. It was not comfortable. The Breakfast is good. I will use this hotel if I have chance staying in Muenchen.

The breakfast was especially good,e.g.a lot of kinds of cheese, ham, or bread, etc. If there was a little more vegetables, it would be perfect.

We upgraded our room to an executive suite and the room was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is in a rather seedy area near the train station but was safe for walking during the day and early evening.

The hotel itself is very nice and the personell at the reception, as well as the concierge are very helpful. Breakfast was a terrible surprise: when we arrived, there was a long queue to enter the breakfast room. We had to wait standing on line more than 20 minutes. For this "service" we had to pay 27 EUR per person (half for children)!!! The location is central, but close to the station with the unpleasant consequences that ususally follow (porno shops, etc.). We will not come back to this hotel next time we are in Munich
