The Kyriad Toulouse is a large business hotel. It is favored by business people who come on short business trips. It is about 15 minutes walk from the station, and the closest we could find on the internet. We found it the least charming of the two star hotels we used in France, but it is reasonably located and it has an elevator, and also an electric kettle in the rooms. We thought it was a bit expensive, but Tolouse is a large city.

We stayed here for five nights in September 2007. Extremely courteous and pleasant receptionist with perfect English. The room was very good, the only minor criticism being the very small (and oddly-shaped!) window. Great value for money, and only a few minutes on foot to the city centre and about 15 minutes to the train station along the canal bank. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bakeries nearby - highly recommended hotel. A tip for those coming from the airport by shuttle bus - don't wait to get off at the last stop (the bus station near the railway station), get off one earlier at the Jean Jaures Metro in town - it's a quicker walk from there to the hotel.

Las habitaciones son bastante limpias y confortables. El centro de la ciudad esta cerca, a unos 10-15 minutos andando. Por la noche, el ambiente quizas fuese un tanto extraño. Para las personas que llevan coche, esta bastante bien, ya que el parking es gratuito.Ademas el hotel esta facil de encontrar.

Receptionist was very helpful with us as we had 2 bikes and needed to get them in to the car park - no problems.

The breakfast was very good for the price they charge. Access to town centre is easy, just a short walk. The floors are gloomy, and the rooms are small. It is fine for one night, if you just want to sleep there.

Well, this is a 2-star, so I guess we shouldn't have expected much - but the showerheads were broken (we changed rooms b/c the showerhead was broken in the first, as well as the glass window next to the shower), rooms are small, beds are uncomfortable, and the place was noisy. Breakfast is not complimentary from my memory, but decent. Some of the staff were pleasant, while others were arrogant. We only stayed here b/c there were only two properties available on venere.com. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

I feel that the distance from train station to this hotel is more than 600m, so if bringing big lugage better if using bus or taxi. The location is not too close with main tourist object, but can reach with bus (the bus stop only 100m from hotel. Will come back again to this hotel.

Very good value. Only about 15 mins. walk in to city centre. Very helpful staff and an excellent buffet breakfast.

Great price for a 2* hotel. The rooms, though small, were very clean and modern. The tray with coffee (decaf and reg), teas (herbal and reg), and cookies with tea kettle was a nice touch! The parking was FREE a great plus if you have a rental with you. Other hotels charge up to 10 euros a night for parking. The breakfast was an extra 7 euros but well worth the $. There was fresh squeezed OJ (a machine to make your own), cold cuts, hard boiled eggs, cheeses, pastries, fruits... Although the hotel is located on the outskirts, it's only a 15 minute walk to the center. The hotel is surrounded with mini Casino supermarkets, a pizza place, seafood restaurant, and many cafes and bakeries if you don't feel like walking. A great stay! This was my 2nd stay this summer.

I stayed at this hotel on July 7 and overall had a great stay! Parking was free (underground garage). Although this hotel is located at the outskirts of the city, it was only 15 minutes into the center. There is a handy mini Casino supermarket located directly across from the hotel, as well as a takeout pizzeria and a seafood restaurant (if you are too tired to venture into town). Around the corner are many cafes and an artisinal boulangerie. The rooms were smallish, but the furnishings were newer and well maintained. As a plus, there was a tray of coffee/tea supplies in the room as well as complimentary cookies! There was also a complimentary book Jules Verne "Around the World in 80 Days" in case you forgot your night reading (in French). The breakfast was an extra 7 euros, but well worth the money. It was above average. There were hard boiled eggs, fresh squeezed OJ (self squeeze machine), hams, a variety of cheeses, cereals, croissants, pains au chocolat, teas and cofees. The front desk staff was very pleasant and there were maps of Toulouse available at the desk as well as a bowl of hard candies. I would definitely stay here again! I only paid 52 euros for my double room. The price and quality can not be beat!

Receptionist wouldn't provide me with a receipt because my room was booked on the internet. Directions are poor. Would have been nice if the website provides directions from the train station.

Habitación pequeña y algo espartana, pero correcta en relación al precio. Hotel bien situado para acceder al centro caminando. Parking incluido, pero no te aseguran disponibilidad de plaza si vuelves tarde.

Really enjoyed my stay in the Kyriad. The staff were really helpful, the rooms were big, clean with excellent facilities (such as the underground parking). Excellent value for money... I would definitately visit the Kyriad again.

The bathroom was very clean, a sure indication to cleanliness.There were tea/coffee makers in the rooms, although there could have been more milk left.There was a good choice at breakfast and you could help yourself.The hotel is well placed for the coach and rail stations and town centre , although for those who cannot walk far I suggest the walk is probably too long from the hotel.The airport shuttle leaves you at the coach station, coaches every 20 minutes.Watch out for pick pockets , my husband lost a camera!Lots of shops in the town of Toulouse and plenty of places to eat.

This hotel is clean, smart, well presented and equipped. The staff are cheerful, courteous and helpful. We would certainly use this hotel again.

More of a businessy place to stay, if this is what you are looking for, it should be perfect. Had a handy parking garage, which was a big plus as we were travelling by car. A bit confusing on whether breakfast was included in room price, but turned out fine.

I found the distance from rail station to hotel not accurate. Unless I read the distance wrong (600mtr) this was way out, more like 1.5km. As for the staff and rooms, we found them to be great. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and adequate.
