The hotel seemed a bit tired and the location, which was once OK now seems to be past its prime (seedy in places), despite efforts to regenerate the square in front of the main station.

The location was great, right by the train station and within walking distance of everything. The breakfast was pretty decent. We got a quadruple and thought it had 4 beds but it had a double, single and a cot, and that wasn't exactly how it was portrayed, but it was fine for one night and very comfortable. The bathroom was nice. The lift worked.

Good mid-range hotel by the station, nothing terribly special, but very clean, well-situated and functional. I got a room with a balcony looking over the Place de la Gare, which is always a plus. Super convenient, and the station neighborhood is quite pleasant compared to a lot of other cities. I found my room quiet when the windows were closed. My Parents were in a smallish room for 2 people, but didn't seem bothered.

We are a family of 4 adults (2 parents, 2 grown children). We stayed in the 'family room' for 4. It was very roomy with a wonderful bathroom and a real hairdryer. There was coffee/tea and cookies waiting for us in the room. The beds were very comfortable. We felt like we were in a luxury hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although breakfast was not included in the price of the room, it was tasty, generous, and well laid out - well worth the price. We were traveling by train, and the hotel is literally across the street from the train station - very convenient. We only needed to stay one night, but I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

The location of the hotel is just perfect, quite literally across the road from the train station, very convenient. The decor of the hotel is slightly dated, however the bathrooms are all well equipped, clean and relatively new. The linen is very old, however the location of the hotel more than made up for its downfall. This is a perfect hotel as a stop-over, if you intend to stay in Strasbourg for 1 night only.

Reasonable size room - excellent separate bathroom. Two minute walk from main rail station.

The staff were great and helpful. We did not know there wasn't air conditioning which was not a problem because we could open the windows. However, there was a large group of young teenagers staying at the hotel and they were noisy during the night. If there had been air conditioning in the room, this would not have been an issue.

The stairway wall need repairing, the fabric that has been pinned up to cover the missing plaster looks very tacky and unprofessional. The location is superb, we have stayed several times before and will do so again.

A nice hotel with a home atmosphere and friendly staff.

The sign for the hotel is not visible from the train station - a little difficult to find. Wallpaper peeling down to the gyproc. We asked for 2 beds - got various beds because we changed rooms 3 times - toilet wouldn't stop flushing, carpet old, 2nd room - size of a postage stamp, dark, 1 very small double bed, lights didn't all work, carpet dirty - 3rd room - 3 beds! carpeting diffently needs upgrading. Actually the hotel is in need of upgrading - 2 of the rooms the curtains were dirty. Also 9 Euros for breakfast was steep but it was a good breakfast. The staff was nice but we would not stay there again. The only good thing was that it is across from the train and very close to Petite France and the old city.

Gentilezza, pulizia, prezzi normali, il centro si raggiunge veloemente a piedi, la zona della stazione è gradevole e sicura.

-Hotel surroundings temporarely poor because of sidewalk under repair by municipality. -Kindness of management allowing us staying in hotel lounge out of time while expecting time of train departure.

The hotel is brilliantly located near the railway station. There is a large construction project with station extensions, but we were given a room facing the courtyard so noise did not bother us. The staff were friendly & helpful with maps & site-seeing. We did not try breakfast as the price seemed a bit expensive.

Right opposite a building site, but as there at the weekend there were no issues with noise. Hotel just round the corner from beautiful centre with great restaurants, cafes, bars.

It was a good place to stay because it was right by the train station as we wanted. It will be very nice when the construction at the "plaza" is complete.

Nice hotel. Good location. Close to La Petite France with its charming cafes etc. Good value for the money. To me, the photo of the front of the hotel conveys an impression that the hotel is bigger than it is. Nonetheless, I'd return to it.

Great hotel in centre of town. Best shower we had in Europe! Hot in summer months (we went in June) as no air-con. Car parking is up the road in public car park which was difficult with lots of luggage. A little noisy due to all rooms backing onto eachother around a courtyard (only as we had to have windows open). Very nice and friendly staff. Would stay there again, but in winter or cooler months!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In spite of the hotel being right across the street from the train station, the room was very quiet. The hotel is centrally located, close to all the sights. We highly recommend this hotel. It was more than we expected. And very affordable.

Reasonably expensive, however as properties go around Strasbourg, this was one of the cheaper we found. We only stayed one night, and didn't try the breakfast either

My friends & I were very impressed with this hotel. Since we used the train station 3 days out of 4, it was great to be so near. The bathrooms sparkled. Each room had an electric kettle with tea bags, instant coffee, cookies, & candies provided. We will definitely recommend to friends & family.

The staff at this hotel were excellent, freindly and very helpful. The location is great 2 minutes walk from the station 10 minutes walk to the centre of the charming old city "petite france".

A delightful hotel with very comfortable bed and friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was great, we were quite spoiled for choice. It was so good to find a lovely hotel so near the station that there was no need to pay for a taxi, and the picturesque old town was a gentle stroll from the front door. I would recommend this friendly little hotel to my friends without hesitation.
