We booked this hotel because dogs were allowed according to their web page. when we went for breakfast in the hotel we were refused entrance because our dog was with us. after complaining about this to the reception staff she said it was company policy which is a clear lie because we stayed at kyriad hotels before and this was never a problem. furthermore were the rooms very unclean and the toilet did not work, after complaining about this on arrival no other room was available. this hotel is also located in a very seedy neighborhood, full of drug addicts

Next time I will use Kyriad . I've tested Savoy in Caen and it was not good and more expensive. May be the breakfast could be cheaper because I was with my children and the don't eat much but we payed for adults.

The surrounding area is unpleasant, with a number of dilapidated buildings. Inside the hotel is fine and despite the proximity of a main road noise isn't a problem. The staff are very pleasant but not always efficient. In spite of their claim to the contrary one of the rooms had not been made up properly and the bar never seemed to be open. When we finally persuaded them to give us bar service in spite of the fermé sign they were out of several drinks. Location in relation to the centre of Rouen is excellent. A short walk takes you to the most interesting sights.

This hotel was a disappointment, the room had seen alot of hard use and was not very clean. The breakfast area is fine though. Location is within walking distance to the center of town, but the area right around the hotel is a little rundown.

The worst hotel of our holidays. the first impression when you enter the parking area is terrible. The shower drap was really dirty, the waitress entered the room without knocking and we found our room fully opened with our bagages and pc and none was in the floor for about 1 hour

Buon buffet a colazione, ambiente tranquillo e sobrio.

Breakfast was very poor and not really worth the money if paying as a full adult. There was some debate, but they let our 3 kids (aged 12-15) eat for free which just about made it value for money.

We stayed in this hotel just for one night before our trip back to Paris. Beds were uncomfortable and small sized. There were holes made by cigarette burns in the worn out, moth eaten blankets. In the morning when we headed for the breakfast we found out that the food was finished by the other guests. Although they dld nmt charge for the breakfast lt was unpleasant. Place is just OK for one nlght stay, when you need a shelter

Rooms and surroundings are slightly tatty, but the hotel is very close to the centre and the staff were competent and reasonably welcoming. I travelled with my girlfriend on a motorbike, so I was looking for safe parking near the centre. I was charged for the parking (website said no charge) but I didn't mind paying a few Euros for this as it's mormal to pay for parking.

The location is pretty close to the old town, about 10 minutes' walk. Convenient for traveling with car as they have a gated (free) parking lot behind the hotel. There is a meter parking right next to the hotel which may be confused with hotel parking. The room is kind of old but okay clean. Wifi is available and free. Good for budget travelers staying for a day or two.

The hotel is not far from the downtown but too close to the road. That is why it is a little bit noisy. The room comfort is medium. Good relationship between price and quality.

Perfectly good for the 2 nights we were there. Booking not correctly relayed to hotel as we were given a twin but need an additional bed, fortunately they had a cancellation in a triple so all ok. Clean tidy and reasonable value. Restaurant good and breakfast excellent - even for fussy children.

We chose this hotel because it was inexpensive, close to the center of the city, and provided parking. The facilities were clean. Our hotel room was small and located at the front of the building on a busy street along the river; it was noisy. Our children had a room located in the center of the building that was quiet. The rooms could be updated but they were clean. Located near a busy intersection so the surroundings were not pretty but I felt safe walking to the center. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. It provides lodging for some tour companies.

Easier to find than we thought. Overall not a bad hotel but getting a bit shabby. Easy to get to the town centre and the hotel is right on the river. We would stay there again. My only quibble was that the parking wasn't free - though I think that if I had said "no" to it at checkout then I wouldn't have been charged, but we were in a rush and I couldn't be bothered to have a row over 5 euros!

Excellent price/quality ratio. The room was clean and bigger than expencted. Nice bathroom. It's easy to find as it is on the river. Breakfast is not included but it is worth buying it.

The hotel met the standard expected. Hotel staff were competent and helpful. The hotel was clean. Our room was quiet, at the rear of hotel, outlook from window not particualrly nice. Situation of hotel was within walking distance of tourist areas and a 40 minute walk from train station, handy for day trip to Paris.

We enjoyed our stay here, it is in easy walking distance of sites of Rouen. The road system is very complicated which made it very difficult to do a U turn when we could see the hotel from the other side of the dual carriage way. Please can you improve the written dirrections. Do not drive up the ramp to the upper car park as you will damage your car exhaust!!

The only problem at the hotel was the parking was not included in the price, as it was specified in the website, and finally we had to pay 69 euros for the room instead of the 55 euros previously agreed. Apart from that communication was not easy as the person in the reception only spoke French.

We have been using this hotel for a number of years as a stopover on the way down to the south west. In recent years the refurbishment has improved the rooms especially with the provision of A/C. Rooms at the front of the hotel can be noisy from the nearby main roads. It greatest advantages, as far as we are concerned, are being close to the city centre and having its own car park - which is easy to access and free.
