This hotel was poor all round - we arrived on a public holiday hungry and the hotel didn't care and served no food at all, I had to practically beg them for an apple. Their suggestion was to catch a bus into town where they doubt anything was open(we have a 5 month old baby with us) - we ended up going to another hotel up the road just to find something to eat. Basically the hotel was run by young kids who didn't care about their customers. The pictures on the website do not reflect the rooms which are actually motel wooden cabins, not hotel rooms. Prior to arriving I also e-mailed them to ask if they could assist with tours to the champagne houses which they responded they would organise something for us - apon arriving their suggestion was to catch a bus to the nearest one and walk to the others?? We are seasoned travellers who have used your services before with all hotels being great - this is just one of the poor ones which I think you should take off your site as it is actually a motel on the outskirts of town, not a hotel as advertised. Cheers. Brendon

Restaurant closed the weekend and rooms surround a garden where people sit and talk/shout until midnight.

The confirmation was received without problems, but the hotel was closed for holydays! I had to find another hotel during the trip. Therefore, all my answers are POOR!

Hotel was as expected. A bit difficult to locate if coming in from the North of Reims. A bit too far away from the centre if want to sight-see. Very much business-oriented as the hotel is in a commercial zone. I think this may be reflected in the quite expensive menu - as most people will be reclaiming business expenses. The cheapest bottle of wine seemed to be around 18Euros. Food, although expensive was excellent.

The staff didn't tell us they wre having a party. The awful karaoke finally stopped at 3am. Not happy. The next night some kind of alarm went off all night and then first thing in the morning motorcross bikes were doing some kind of circuit. Not happy once again.

Our triple turned out to be one double bed and a ladder ascending to a loft which had a very thin mattress on it. You could either open the door to the bathroom or make the ladder to the loft accessible. There was no closet at all and hardly room to move inthe room. Also, we had to change our stay and to stay their an extra two nights (due to vehicle breakdown) we didn't realise they were charging us more than the price quoted on the internet, which turned out to be 80 euros per night plus breakfast. We chalked it up to breaking down and not speaking French well. Our friend who was in the triple in the loft slept very badly because as she put it all that was there was a foam mattress.

We really enjoyed our overnight stay. We regretted we our journey was delayed so our plan to eat in the restaurant failed because of late arrival - and we ate at an Arche instead. Directions to find Les R Bleus were really good. Staff really friendly. After booking we read one review about worrying the car would be broken into but the area was fine & I can't understand why this would be a worry. I would stay here again anytime - but would get there in time for dinner.

The hotel had nice grounds and the staff were helpful but the family room was rather smaller than suggested in the photo on the webpage.

Only problem was that the bar and restaurant is closed at the weekend, meaning we could not enjoy an pre or post evening meal drink. The staff were very helpful is suggesting restaurants nearby and our stay overall was good. However, we would not have booked this particular hotel had we known that the restaurant/bar was not open at the weekend

We enjoyed our stay, but it would help if visitors were given information on buses and Taxis to Reims Centre so they did'nt have to use the car. G Bilton

The Hotel is quite nice but it was more like a Motel. The staff were quite friendly and helpful but they had one member of staff tio main reception and the bar so she was always rushed and didn't inspire you to sit and relax. The rooms were very dark so it was a bit like sleeping in a cave and they were a bit smelly and old fashioned. The sound proofing wasn't up to much either. Its a little bit to far out of Reims and taxis are expensive. I couldn't believe that a hotel restaurant only stayed open for 2 hours in the evening.

There was a large party in residence and this severely hampered their ability to cope with individual guests. If they cater for such parties (and clearly they do) then they should have the staff and food to cope with this. Menu items were not available at dinner and breakfast was chaotic.

We enjoyed our stay at Les Reflets Bleus" which we used to break our journey to / from chamonix. The rooms are split level with a double bed down stairs and two beds upstairs above the bathroom. This provides plenty of space for a family & the kids loved being upstairs. Not suitable for very young children though as the steps are steep. The room was spotless and the staff friendly. Its a short drive into Riems but not walkable. The location is a bit dodgy, we were pleasantly surprised not to have our cars broken into. The restaurant is closed at weekends so you have to go into town to eat. I would definitely choose this hotel again but I never did work out what a Bosky Bower is.

Hotel is situated far from center if you don't have a car. But good located near the motorways. It is not a building, but 1-storey houses with private entrance to every room. Room for 4 person was very nice, clean bathroom with bath, two beds on second level (over bathroom). It's good for family. Very friendly personnel. Parking place in front of the hotel is free, and that's very useful if you travel by car. Summary: easy, but clean, quiet and friendly.

This is actually more like a motel then a hotel, so I would not use in winter, but the cleanliness and the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff is exceptional, so we will use it again definetly.
