Hotel Kyriad La Villette - Paris

My wife and I can recommend the Kyriad "La Villette" for a stay in Paris, although it's a bit outside the town center. But there's always the Metro. The price for one night really is reasonable. The rooms are a bit small. The breakfast and the meals in the restaurant are sufficient and good as well. The staff is friendly, helpful and gives a competent impression. We enjoyed our stay.

Even is in the north area of Paris, it is very accesible by Metropolitain and you are able to get into Louvre, for example with only one metro line. Good food, and good relationship quality/price

Somebody in an information point near Notre Dame, told us to beware of the sourroundings of the hotel, especially near the railway station. Anyway, we didn´t have any trouble. The hotel is a little bit far from downtown, but it's east to reach by car. The third bed is an auxiliar one, different from the others. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. I would rent again.

Very small room. Bed very comfortable. Good solution just for sleeping; not recommended to stay with family or girl. Close to metro. Nothing interesting around.

un bon accueil, un personnel sympathique. Les chambres étaient spacieuses mais la moquette un peu passée. Un assez bon rapport qualité/prix si ce n'est que le petit-déjeuner n'est pas compris dans le prix et est assez cher (9 euros par jour et par personne) Dans l'ensemble c'est un hôtel agréable.

the double bed, isnot a double bed but a bed for 2, too small! we paied breakfast, on internet breakfast was inclued!!!!!

The room itself was ok for a short stay. Even though requested non-smoking room, it stinked from cigarettes. Receptionist was not too polite however the whole impresssion for a 2 stars hotel is not so bad. The hotel is relatively cheap and very close from a tube station. I would recommend to everyone who's planning a low budget weekend in Paris.

really good value for money, close to metro and good location but far from costly to get CDG airport by taxi (50 EU). very great breakfast although a bit expensive (it is worth it). inside the room there are stuff to make tea or coffee and that is an advantage.

This was a nice hotel but it was on the outside of Paris. There was a metro stop two blocks from the hotel but it still took us a while to get to the places we wanted to go see from our hotel.

We booked this hotel blind, with low expectations, just a cheap last night in Paris after three days in Disneyland before returning to England, and only because it offered parking. It turned out to be a surprisingly nice modern hotel with very helpful and hospitable staff. The neighbourhood was lovely too, and we found a wonderful Italian restaurant (Verona) two minutes walk away. Easy Metro journey to the Eiffel Tower for the evening and a short drive next morning to nearby Pere Lachaise cemetary, to see the graves of Oscar Wilde, Jim Morrison and Chopin. Will definitely go back.

The stay was good but I have two pionts of comment. 1. Shower is to small 2. Room was also to small The foor was very goor. The perssonel was very nice. The last two items made our stay perfect. I will come agein and visit your hotel if possible. Thanks for the service.

Good hotel, but bed (important thing to me for a place to sleep) was not up to standards. Too soft and too short. I missed that from the photos.

we stayed 5 nights.the room was not very spacious and the walls were paper thin.but that was all. in the room there is everything the traveller needs plus we were offered coffee, cookies and tv magazines free of charge.the restaurant was also very nice and everyone from the staff was very polite.metro station is 3 minutes walking distance.

Unfortunately the hotel is far away of everithing, of course there is always the Metro. We didn´t like the smell of the room, they couldnt give us a non smoker room. The Bathroom is to small and does not smeel good. The attention is good and they help you all time.

Kyriad Hotel is 5 minutes walk from Metro Station. The rooms and showers are spacious. They got Wi-Fi included in the price. The receptionists can speak English. They got Kettle and Hair driers in rooms.

Modern and clean hotel at a very low price. The location is not ideal (somewhat far from central Paris) but very close to metro station so there is really no problem getting anywhere.

Nice property, kind employees, good services, very close to stores and to the metro station. The only inconvenient was the spaciousness of the room and of the bathroom. My fiance and I are quite thin persons but still we had trouble in the shower cabin.

It was the first time we stayed in Paris. So we can not compare with other hotels in Paris, but we were very satisfied. Friendly people working in the hotel. The room was small but very clean. The breakfast at 8 euro is a must if you stay in this hotel. For 8 euro you have coffee, orange juice, hot chocolat, croissants, toast, cheese, yoghurt,... So, if we come back to Paris we would take the same hotel of course for the same price. Have a nice stay in Paris.

We had two rooms, but no complaint about sizes of rooms or bathrooms. Beds, both regular and cot, were comfortable. Underground parking was convenient and reasonable (10 Euro per day). A grocery store is right nextdoor! Two things that could have been better were (1) general conditions of the property, especially elevators were not in good conditions; (2) value of breakfast...8 Euro was too much for the variety and quality.

I like the facility and the location for this hotel...everything is good except the shower room is quite small..even it's not easy to make a turn. on the whole..it's a really nice hotel to stay when travel in Paris.

Hotel is located close to the metro and Gare du Nord. We had car so it was not a problem for us to go to the center of Paris. If you have a car you pay 10 euros for parking which i suggest. We had two rooms, one for 2 and the other for 3 people. They werent large enough. The room for 3 people was not ready when we checked in around 7 pm. They had to prepare the third bed while we were in. Breakfast was poor. Overall I would suggest you to find some other hotel.

This hotel is, when you travel by car, a good choice because it is situated close to the Pheripherique and the hotel has its own parking. The metro also is nearby (200 m). For a Paris hotel the room is quite spacious, although the douche cabin will be too small for an overweight person. Very friendly people. The breakfast is worth the money you pay for it.

price very good according to the location as well as the services we got for it. the room was a bit small for 3 but was clean and very quite. The Cote a Cote personel are very nice and welcoming. Breakfast is basic but ok. Connection to the Tube not too far and convenient to reach central paris in a short time. Parking at the hotel convenient even so we had to pay for it - was not mention in the reservation beforehand - then a small surprise!

Upon arrival we got sent to a nearby 3-star hotel (i.e. upgrade), probably because of overbooking, although the receptionist mumbled about some "technical problems". However, the reception failed to tell us we had to come back for the third and last night, for which the other hotel was fully booked. So there was some confusion about the third night and if the originating hotel (Kyriad) had the situation under control. It turned out they did, so thumbs up for that. The Kyriad hotel was OK for a 2-star hotel. The sound proofing was not perfect, tv noise from the neighbor came through. Bed OK, although hard and high pillows. Bathroom OK. Can't say anything about the street noise, since we had rooms facing the inner yard. The rooms had no real air conditioning (AC), it was only possible to heat the room, not cool it. We had to open windows to get cool air. The buffet breakfast was ample and varied (bread, cereal, fruits, croissants, coffee,...). However, the dinner restaurant lacked an informative menu in English, and the personnel could not explain the various cryptic English meal names. Some of the staff was also a little rude.

La situacion del hotel es muy buena ya que hay una boca de metro a unos 200m. La relacion calidad-precio es excelente.Los desayunos estan bastante bien y es servicio es competente.Me parece que es un hotel totalmente recomendable si lo que buscas es un alojamiento limpio, completo y economico.

Modern hotel in a decent area with good access to the tourist attractions via metro. Not for overweight people due to small shower cabins! Definitely worth the price !

We stayed at this hotel from 11 to 16 Oct 06. It was a nice stay. The hotel is clean and tidy. With electrical water heater in the room, it was very convenient for us. There are supermarkets, laundry service, restaurants nearby. This hotel is near the metro station, just a 3-minute walking.

Our stay at this hotel was great. The staff was very kind and friendly at all times. i tottally recomend this hotel and will be happy to stay there again. Hotel is located about 20min by subway from downtown Paris (Opera Station), and is within 100 Mts from the subway station. Tourists. NO NEED FOR A CAB

AUNQUE ESTA UN POCO RETIRADO DEL CENTRO, VALE LA PENA, CON EL METRO SE SOLUCIONA FACIL, ADEMAS ES LA MISMA LINEA QUE TE DEJA EN EL LOUVRE, EN LA OPERA Y EN EL HOTEL DE VILLE.
