Very excellent relationship between price/quality. I really recommend this hotel.Just some remarks: the metro stop is farther than 5 minutes on foot and...the lady taking care of breakfast sometimes a little bit rude.

Rooms are small and stuffy. The smallest toilet and shower i have ever seen in my life. If you are above 170 cms then forget about using the toilet. The toilet is just squeezed in between the sink and the door. Really pathetic. There was an old lady serving the breakfast, who was really annoying. She was serving as if we were all eating there for free. Very unfriendly. The receptionists, on the other hand, were friendly and helpful. Hotel located in a safe area.

Simple, but nice hotel. For the price we payed, €48 per night for 2 persons, including breakfast, it was all right. 5-10 minute walk from metro. Some nice restaurants in the surrounding. The room was acceptable, only the carpet is really dirty and should be replaced. When we arived we also found quite some hairs in the (very small) bathroom and on the blanket, which we didn't have to use because of the temperature. The bedlinnen though was clean.

Acoording to the price an excellent Choice. The Hotel Facilities (lift for max. two pers.)and rooms and bathromm are very small. But we could arrange us with this. Breakfast is good. The Hotel ist not very central located. You have to walk 15 min to get to metro station. Same thing for Parking.

There is a very good service(baggage holding) before check in and after check out. It is very valuable when your trip rime isn't compatible with check in/ check out time. its breakfast is suitable although you must pay its cost. generally it is a suitable place for short and economic stay.

It was perfect and we will go back to this place en will tell it to our friends and family. Perfect price / quality! The people who worked there speaks very well english. The Tunesian lady that serviced our breakfast has to smile a bit more sometimes she is mad at the guests. But for the rest is was perfect!

I got a good deal on a twin room with breakfast included. For the price, the hotel was excellent. The room was not spacious (approx 3m by 3.5m I think, including a bathroom .8m by 1.6m). But it was perfectly adequate. The bathroom was small but functional and clean. The breakfast was substantial and included tea, coffee, ham, salami, croissants, pain au chocolat, bread, yoghurt, orange juice and fruit. We stayed five nights and saw various different staff. All were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is easy walking distance from the metro. There's a supermarket across the road, and a number of bars and restaurants very near by. In summary I was impressed and would recommend this for a comfortable budget stay.

Hotel room and stay was good having clean bathroom. Breakfast was very good but the serving lady was very rude and never refilled the food items quickly. Room was a bit noisy due to the road traffic running whole night. And big thanks to the hotel reception who helped us in keeping our luggage for five days after my checkout. I would come back again to stay in this hotel.

It was really a great stay. Not at all expensive with venere.com-b&b-offer (64euro/2persons incl delicious big breakfast buffet). If you book there directly you got to pay about 100 euros without breafast. The rooms where really good on the 1st floor. I heard on the 5th there are a bit smaller. The only disadvantage is the far way to the metro station. to the tramway 7min per foot. that makes 12min to metro.

the room is very very small, and the wall does not proof sound. the location is ok, 10 minutes for metro, and several stops from the center. the price is kinda high compare with other cities. but i don't know if it's because the reason of Paris~ if u don't have better price and better locations for other options, it's ok to stay here. if u are just looking for a bed to sleep at night, for there's too much to see in paris, and u will be too exhausted to notice the details of the room like me.

It's a low cost Hotel. Group Kyriad should really think of making improvements regarding rooms sound proof. I always knew when someone was at the toilet and flushed. The elevator is a joke. In Portugal an hotel with an elevator like that would be shut down. But I strongly advise breakfast. It's very good and varied.

It was a little bit difficult to find it. The Metro line map is really complicated, but logical, there is a ten minute walk from the nearest metro station, Porte de Vanves. Anyway it is a nice hotel in a working-class neighborhood with a great price/quality relationship! The staff is helpful and the service is good. Lift is small but it works fine. The room is little but nice and clean, has a TV with mostly French channels, an electric water-boiler, tea-bags, instant coffee packets, biscuits. The bathroom is fine, has a hair drier. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Hotel Kyriad Brancion is perfect for a short stay. One night only - it was just to take a nap. Welcome was excellent. Bathroom was refurbished - very good condition. Room was small but sufficiant. Woken up by the noise of the school just opposite the hotel - but anyway, you are not at a hotel in Paris to sleep up to noon, are you? This is a nice little hotel in a working-class neighborhood. If you arrive by Metro, the walk from Porte de Vanves station takes you under and around the rail tracks leading into Montparnasse station, and through some streets that seem "in transition", as a city dweller would say. To see the neighborhood at its best, head north to the commercial area of Rue de Vouille and Rue de Convention. The room was tiny--two people would have to counter-maneuver constantly. It was also next to the stairwell, and I heard everyone come and go. But it was neat and clean, had a TV with a clear picture and over a dozen channels, including CNN and BBC News, and an electric "kettle" with teas, instant coffee packets, biscuits. Reliable wake-up call.

Staff was kind, but unable to help with the internet connection (We needed it for work). The room was small, but quite clean and not so bad condition. Bathroom (w/shower) was tiny and old. There are missing good spot light on the room's table(s) - for reading and writing (not excelent but good light was on the table in the year 2006 and before. In the year 2007 still was light on the table but was damaged. This year it had disappeared at all). Two others lights in the room are very poor and good light useful for reading is only on toilet!?! Last years increasings of the price has no reason in hotel quality.

B,Far away from the subway.Try to take no.95 bus as connection to subway or to spots directly. C,Book the rooms upperfloors, the view will be better and it will quiet. hotel niente male! nonostante lo staff sia antipatico e rigorosamente francese (difficoltà di comunicazione, noi provavamo a parlare almeno inglese e loro ci prendevano in giro, ciò implica ke rikieste extra o anke solo indicazioni stradali non le capivano o facevano finta) tuttavia la camera era molto carina e pulita, a parte uno strano odore ke però credo sia dovuto al fatto ke la camera era piccola quindi magari subito puzzava di kiuso. posizione buona, abbastanza vicina alla metro.

He estado en Kyriads mucho mejores...

Hotel Kyriad Brancion offers a perfect stay for a young couple with a low budget like us. The hotel was cheap and worth the money. The staff was helpful and could speak good English. Rooms were clean and big enough for two people. But for summer season the rooms can be a little hot, in our case we borrowed a small fan from the reception. The surroundings were ok and relatively safe. Buss stop is nearby as compared to the metro which is a 15 min walk. Pharmacy and local grocery shop is right around the corner. Breakfast is a little expensive and ok. Internet facility is there and for the laptop owners it is free yet the wireless range of the internet router is only up to the first floor. Lift is too small yet works fine. Location of the hotel is very central according to the zones. Just be sure that you know the maps and the stations.

Hotel bastante bueno a nivel calidad precio. This hotel was at least a ten to fifteen minute walk from the nearest metro. In fact, it's pretty close to where the TGV pulls into Montparnasse. The bed was comfortable, but the hotel was in serious need of a facelift. The shower leaked something awful, all over the floor, which is what probably caused the discoloration in the carpet. Our toilet seat had duct tape (white to match) on the toilet seat, and the lift (elevator) will only fit one person with bags, two people without. Otherwise, it's a hike up. The neighborhood was really nice and safe. For what you pay to stay IN Paris, it's not bad at all. Bring earplugs because the walls are paperthin and the doors are heavy and slam.

Good restuarants and patisseries very nearby. Some noisy groups returning late and leaving early - walls on the thin side. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Overall we were very happy there and would stay there again.

The hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I was travelling with a child which sometimes staff can find a hassle but the staff at Kyriad Brancion were lovely to him. The room was a good size, better than I expected from the photo and it was clean. The Hotel was close to a park and shops and not too far from central paris.

I stayed here with my husband, mother-in-law, sister-in-law and two friends. We all thought it was very reasonable for the price. The rooms are a good size, but as others have commented, the bathrooms are tiny! It is a bit of a walk to the nearest metro stop, but we always felt safe, even late at night. From the metro, you can get anywhere in Paris.

Tiny room, but that's Paris for you. Lot's of places to eat nearby. The staff was very helpful getting us to the airport during the transit strike.

i loved the place, exceptional price, a bit old, but very tidy, the location was a bit distant from public transportation, but no more than a 10min walk

Stayed in a double room. It was noisy from the road The bathroom had mould all over the shower cubicle It was really bad smell when we arrived The maid opened the door when we were in bed without knocking the door. And never knocked on the door even after we complained!

Did not look that much on the internet so cannot reply to some of the question related to correspondence (i put 0 otherwise there is an error message). Room was a bit small and some noise could be heard from outside at the beginning of the evening / night. I was asked three times my room number at breakfast (this explains the 6,5 and 7 notes in stead of 8).

The room was tiny, but for the price I guess that's what you get. The hotel was full that weekend for the rugby world cup and was therefore really noisy. Not only can you hear the traffic outside but you can hear people coming up and down the stairs, talking etc in the hotel. Take earplugs. Other than that the hotel was good, staff were very helpful and friendly and, although the hotel is quite far out of the centre, it's easy to get in on the bus.

The Hotel was nice and had a good connection to central paris via bus 95. The room was clean and the staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful. The only problem we had was with an old lady in the breakfast room. She was really rude to us and always grumbled when she was asked something. This was the only blot in our otherwise pleasant stay.

this hotel is not for family. It has paper thin wall, you can hear what others doing in the room next to you and you can hear someone flush the toilet. The bathroom is very small and the lift is astonishingly small!! But, overall it is a good, clean (and nicely decorated room) hotel for just the night. Breakfast is okey and plenty, they give you coffe and tea in the room which is very helping. I would recommend this hotel for people who don't mind travel a bit, but next visit I will choose hotel nearer to the city centre

Hi, honestly. It is very good for the price. I went there by my own. And the area is safe to walk about 1am(that's the time i returned hotel). The facilities is fabulous, and I could watch TV with many channels. The bed is comfortable that I do not want to get up. In conclusion, it is recommanded to any type of people. And actually it is cheap for its service... The people in reception desk are sympathique and beautiful

Very good position, 5 min walk from buses and metro, 40 min walking from Tour Eifell. Simple and regular size rooms (standard in paris), very good buffet breakfast for 7€ more, which kept us going all day!, and very good service and reception. Only one bad thing: a funny smell when you walk in the hotel... but I think that's Paris! And no trace of it in the rooms :-) [Oh, the lift is very small, but one fits ok!]

We are two italian people. The room wasn't very clean, the remake of the hotel was not good as they sayed, the windows of the bedroom was crash, the wall inside the room wasn't paint nd the bed was blocked in a corner of the room. In the hall and the diningroom there was always black sewer smell, those smell was in all hotel. the the relationship price/quality? I'll not come back there, absoluterly!

it was a great holiday in paris. most of the time, we were en-route in the city, so we didn't stay too long in the hotel. but that's what most visitors of the city do and for that, the kyriad was more than suitable. we would go there every time again, because the relationship between price and quality was absolutely adequate and the employees were very nice.

Check in informative, and staff very welcoming and knowledgeable.Room decent sized (Twin) but bathroom a bit small and prone to flooding after a shower. Fantastic Italian nearby, La Locanda Del Pescatore, with extremely friendly staff and fantastc food.

This hotel is great for the price. The rooms were clean and pretty cool considering there is no air conditioning in the rooms. The breakfast was worth the price, but the staff can be a little weird. The "buffet" breakfast has an older woman standing over you while you eat and heaven forbid you should want two of anything. She stopped short of slapping my hand. The front desk staff is also a little strange and inconsistent if you need some directions. Needless to say there is a great bakery a stones throw away and there is also a grocery store right around the corner for your meals. I would return to this hotel, but then again, there are so many great hotels in Paris. Who knows? A word of warning: the bathrooms are tiny tiny. I didn't know they could make a bathroom that smal.

The bathroom is so tiny that we couldn't close the door when we went to the toilets! It is very annoying. Otherwise, the room is quite spacious. But I never will go there again.

The room was really small but had a nice window that opened to the street. The bathroom was HORRIBLE!!! The shower had so many hard water deposits that the water did not come out correctly and it made it hard to shower. The location was far from the nearest metro stop and it was easiest to take the tram, but even that was at least a good 3 to four blocks from the hotel. The staff was not helpful with anything other than checking in, so if you have questions, you have to figure it out for yourself. There is not too much located around the hotel, so if you are hungry at a late hour, there isn't much to eat. And, of course, you are in France, if you don't know french it is hard to get around town and the locals aren't always friendly.

This hotel is similar to the average Motel6 in the USA. If you go keeping that in mind, you will not be disappointed. The service is above average for this type of hotel. We were assured that if our room was too noisy, that we could easily be moved to a different room. The room is adequate in size and as mentioned in previous reviews, the bathroom is quite small but you can compensate in some ways by not closing the door which definitely makes it feel much bigger. I was very satisfied with our stay here. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the nearest Metro station and its really easy to take the metro to the main attractions and the airport. The neighborhood is also safe enough to walk back to after dark. If you are planning on staying out past 2am and dont want to pay for taxis, or if you have children i wouldnt stay here. If you do stay here, mosey around the neighborhood a bit and you'll find tons of non-touristy stores and markets and cheap places to eat. I would stay here again in a second and i would certainly recommend it to friends and family.

I have stayed/lived in Paris and this by far was the smallest hotel room I was in. The staff was great, the hotel was clean and if you have no problem with very small rooms, this is for you. The price is excellent, the neighborhood is welcoming. Location is good as well if you know the area. Again, nice place just too small for my taste.
