Hotel Kyriad Nice Centre-Port - Nice

Small hotel, but sufficient. Nice location, bus stop 2 min from the hotel and costs only 2 Euros to airport. Near the Nice port, easy to get around. Wireless internet is fast. Rooms are small and basic but fine for the value.

Good hotel and near to centre of Nizza.

Family travel. Very Good Quality Price. Air Conditionning excellent in August.

Small rooms/bathrooms , no internet in the room (not even wireless) , the breackfast is 7euro/person , nice staff and helpfull . The room could be more clean but im talking of the perspective of a very small baby boy hwo were crawling . I would go back to the same location if I would travel to Nice .

This was our first experience of a Kyriad hotel. Our first night was OK but on our second night a week later we noticed how grubby the walls were and to our dismay our shower was blocked next am. The receptionist sent someone to look at it but who wants to use a shower after it has been plunged? We would not want to stay here again.

Good position, in the old city, near castle park and the port; A little old in the room.

Very convenient, excellent location, pleasant staff, good value. Nice neighborhood, specially Place Garibaldi and the port with several places to eat and drink, and Colline du Chateau. A short walk to the tram and the bus station. A nice place if you just need a place to sleep, nor for spending the day. We will recommend it to our friends.

City Tax extra cost needs to be clear at the start. Hotel a bit noisy with young coach tour group running around the corridors late at night. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The internet wasn`t working in the room, although they have this service. Verry hard possibilities to park the car in the area, the parking of the hotel being always full.

They do not trust the client therefore behave in a very bed way at the reception. Bad luck. To become a proper hotel they need to improve management, cleaness, consideration for the client who is not a thief and pays even if it does not receive a proper service.

In generale, gli hotel francesi di tre stelle equivalgono agli italiani due stelle, e questo non fa eccezione: camera piccola, bagno "loculo", persistente odore di chiuso, servizio di pulizia camera ai limiti della decenza. Tuttavia la posizione è ottima, con un bus si ragginge la stazione e a piedi si gira tutto il centro e si va in spiaggia. Zona tranquilla di giorno e di notte. In definitiva va bene per chi in albergo ci va solo per dormire.

This was the tiniest room ever been.I had a cabin in a ship which was a lot bigger.The price had an extra tax fee which i paid and was not mentioned.

We were at holidays in Nice with my sister and we were booked in douple room. Room was clean and quite. Walls were dirty (not painted lately), but overall smell was clean. This hotel has great location near nice local shopping areas and along very good bus and tramp connections. Price/quality is very good ! Only one negative issue was the room quite small size. I can easily recommend this hotel to people who are travelling with low budjet and can get reasonable service for the money.

Everything all right, near the comercial area, very clean inside, the room a little small but it's the price ok ! It is realy a good hotel .Thank you very much !

My fiance and myself stayed 3 nights 4days at Kyriad Hotel Centre near by port. We found about this hotel thru venere.com and I was very excited that I could find discount coupon 5% which we saved about 21 Euro. We were from Italy, Milan by car so this hotel claimed to have their own private parking lot which cost 9 Euro per day thought it was reasonable price. I loved scene and hotel was very close to Carrefour 5m walk. However when we came back to our places we found out we had itches all over the body and found out that it was bedbug bite. We were shocked because it was our first time having bedbug bites. We never had this problem when we were traveling Italy over year and I called management office which they state this problem as "unexpected consequences of modern days travel", "has nothing to do with the quality or cleanliness of the hotel" - Well how about you find better place to store your mattresses? We saw they stored underground parking lot right near by sewer system along by other parked cars. I doubt any member of management of Kyriad stay at their own hotel. Thanks to them I had to throw away my new IKEA mattress and take allergy pill every 4 hours. Pro : Cheap, Comfortable mattress, well trained hotel clerk Con : Tiny room, No shower tube, Tiny Parking lot (if you bring sedan be ready to struggle with small spaces), bedbugs!!!

This is a completely souless hotel BUT it is very reasonably priced, comfortable, in a very good position, provides tea and coffee making facilities, has a good bathroom and although the room is fairly small it isnt one off those really mini ones - we would use it again

Rooms are confortable, but too small and without open window, not perfectly cleaned..but the rate price/quality is ok. the breakfast is very good.

Excellent hotel if you have to stay just few days. The rooms are small but they provide everything you need. The hotel is near the port and the centre of the town so you can reach every place without the car.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene,Nizza Vecchia è facilmente raggiungibile in 15 minuti a piedi,come la spiaggia del resto per la quale si consiglia l'uso delle scarpette di gomma.Camere piccoline ma accoglienti e pulite. Lo consigliamo vivamente!

This hotel is very good value for money, looks a little tired, but is well located between the port and the old town, staff were absolutely fine and pleasant, we got what we paid for, no complaints.

I stayed at the hotel overnight on my way to Corse. the room was small but comfortable

Very good hotel,it looks like the hotel in China.With air conditioning,free WIFI access, in the downtown not far way from the beach, and very quite.Great place.

I stayed in Nice for 15 days b but just I spent 1 night in this hotel during my medical congress in Acoapolis congress center

The room was indeed very small, but it had some charm. Hotel is close to old town of Nice. / Viešbučio kambarys išties labai mažas, bet arti Nicos senamiesčio.

Reception recommended the Old Town area for restaurants, but not specific recommendations; I prefer specific recommendations of restaurants and entre although most recommendations tend to be mediocre. This was our first trip to Nice.

The room is very small, but the position of hotel is good, because it is close to the old city and the beach.

Ottimo. Se tornerò a nizza so dove andare. much satisfying. I hope to return.

Quiet nice for one stay night

The hotel was a useful stopover for a short stay. The decor of the room was disappointing. The hotel was in a good location for exploring the sights such as the old town, flower market and harbour. Overall it was value for money.

It was a very small room, very noisy,wet and have a bad smell...The staff was always irritated and unpleasant.

We booked 3 nights, but the first night we were sent to stay in another hotel,Comfort, because Kyriad was full (without even saying "we apologize"). Room was silent, but very small and not so clean. It's more convenient to park on the street then in the hotel garage.

The personnel of the hotel was very kind, excellent quality price relationship, beach at 10 mins walk, finding a parking place in front of the hotel was sometimes difficult but not impossible! Only negative point, the matress: it was very used on one side and made a whole between the 2 beds.

In general, i was pleased with the hotel, but rather disappointed with the size of the rooms, which was absolute minimum space required in order not to suffocate, but not enough to avoid banging into things. Also, no window in bathroom and was small - like one on a ship cabin, but apart from that, it was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

In an excellent position, close to the port and the old town. When we are away we go to see the place not the hotel. Kyriad Centre Port is a great base to stay in and access Nice easily. We got a taxi in from the airport - cost €38 but got the bus back from the nearby Gare Routiere - cost €4 each and didn't take that much longer.
