our stay in the hotel was finally overshadowed by a rather astonishing behavior of the cashierclerk. we found an error in the bill but instead of excusing her mistake she rather reluctantly corrected the bill and made some angry remarks. no goodby !! Unbelievable.

We stayed twice in the Kyriad Hotel and we ve been really delighted with the accomodations. The first night, we got upgraded to an appartment with a little kitchen and that was fantastic ! On our way back, we booked a superior room which was very spacious and confortable. The large bed was perfect for the baby and us to share. The staff working at the reception has always been willing to help, especially with microwaving the babyfood and that really made our stay easier. On top of that, there is a wonderful Boulangerie (Paul) next door which is fantastic to have breakfast in. I would really recommand you guys to try the boulangerie next door, that's one of the reason we stopped at Mulhouse on our way back to Italy ;) !!

Very well located, with clean and comfortable rooms. Free internet access in the main lobby. This Kyriad is more like a Holiday Inn or Best Western than other Kyriads I've stayed in. (No ambience or atmosphere but a very reasonable hotel for the price). Ultra-efficient staff - I've never been checked in faster!

Le seul hotel de mulhouse qui n'est pas indique (avec les travaux pour le tramway, j'ai mis une heure pour le trouver). La salle de bain sentait l'humidité, et les joints des murs n'avaient pas été nettoyés. Hotel tres bruyant jusque une heure du matin, et des six heures du matin. Si vous voulez bien dormir, allez ailleurs!

We landed a good deal through Venere.com and stayed in a double room at the Mulhouse Centre Kyriad for 58EUR. Our stay was thoroughly pleasant. The staff was utterly helpful, spoke English fluently, and immediately responded to all of our queries with a smile. Throughout the hotel there is a sense of privacy and peace - we did not hear our neighbors and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms are slightly on the small side, but that only contributed to a sense fo coziness and comfort. The air conditioning was excellent and provided great relief from the heat wave that was hitting central Europe at the time. In the morning we enjoyed a tasty French breakfast, and made the rest of our travel arrangements using Kyriad's free high-speed Internet. We had done quite a bit of research to find the perfect place to stay, and were fully satisfied with the choice we had made. Later during the same trip we stayed at the Captain hotel near Mulhouse/Basel airport for the same price (!) and got a stinky, stained room with no air conditioning and weird crap on the bathroom walls.

Nothing to disclaim about. It is not a charming hotel but clean, casual, comfortable and welcomminng one. For a busyness stay who ask for more ? Free internet acces in the lounge.

Town is going through a major roadway/rail reconstruction, and it took us an hour to find the place. Finally had to walk in to the center of town and search, then go back and get the car. For the price it was as advertised.

Reasons for some poor quotations: there was a sauna announced, even at the reception desk. But this seemed to be out of order. A quick check of the facilities could have avoided my wife and doughter being disappointed. But the ratio price/quality was excellent. And the young lady at the reception desk extremely kind.

The hotel provided an excellent stop-over on our journey to accommodation in Italy. The location was ideal, the staff and facilities excellent. To be highly recommended.

The position of the hotel is excellent once you can actually locate it. It is tucked away in the old town of Mulhouse and many local people were unable to give accurate directions to the street. The rooms were very clean, if rather on the small size the breakfast was very good with a wide selection. Access to the intenet from the reception area was available and 'Free'. For a short stay it was perfect not too far from the station, central to all the shops and some good restaurants.

Only, one littel problem solved immidately by the staff: We have reserved a room for 4 person (2 adults, and 2 children), however the reservation recieved by email to the hotel only stated 2 adults. Perhaps there are a miising link in inernetsystem!

The way to the hotel was very difficult, and the parking area was impossible to find. The front desk personel could´t speak english, and wasn´t able to introduce us to the most common things concerning parking space and procedures etc.
