This hotel is on a very busy road. It has double windows so as long as you keep it closed it is ok, but it makes for a very stuffy and hot room. The airconditioning did not help for me at all.

This hotel is very safe and very convenient to the Lyon-Perrache train station (an easy 6 block walk). The windows are well sound-proofed. The only drawbacks are that the hotel is kind of pricey and the rooms are tiny.

Ottimo albergo sulla sponda dx del Rodano, ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo, zona un tantino desolata (vicino alla stazione) ma a 20 minuti al massimo a piedi dal centro città, noi ci siamo stati solo una notte, probabilmente in un soggiorno piu' lungo puo' dare fastidio la desolazione del luogo. Una delle migliori brasserie di Lyon proprio sotto all'albergo. Buona la prima colazione e strategico se vi dovete imbarcare per qualche crociera sul fiume. Si' ci tornerei volentieri

The stay would have been perfect if we didn't have this issue with their staff: anyone was able to help us to open the park gate to get in our car. The person in the reception was misinformed and we had to park our car in another parking in spite of having a reservation.

The rooms where looked too like hospital rooms, neon lights, some broken. No decoration. Esthetically terrible. But clean and functional, with an extra: electric kettle and tea and coffee available.

buona posizione, le stanze essenziali un po piccoline per due. E' necessario richiedere asciugamani supplementari perchè ne lasciano soltanto per una persona.in compenso ci sono grandi colazioni a buffet.

The hotel itself is all right, clean and the staff is very helpful. It also has an underground garage where you may park your car. Though it is situated near the centre of the city, its location is a little bit worrisome, especially in the evening (it is by the river, but near an abandoned warehouse or former factory, making you want to go as fast as possible through that area)

The hotel was located where it was indicated, however, if travelling alone, the walk back seems dark and a little sketchy. Try to stick the main street. In addition, it is not stated on the website, the hotel is located next to a highway, however, i lived facing the highway and i couldn't hear anything. They installed double windows, therefore it was pretty well sound proofed from the outside.

I don't think I'd recommend this hotel as a top place to stay in Lyon. While on the river, the hotel is near a prison and in a generally more run-down area than other parts of Lyon we saw. That being said, the hotel itself felt safe and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms weren't large, but were some of the larger ones we saw in Europe. The bathroom and rest of the room was decent; not particularly memorable. The price was excellent, however, which did make up for any less-than-thrilling aspects of the surrounding area. Also, take note if you will be there on a Sunday: there really isn't anywhere to eat nearby as all but one or two restaurants in the neighborhood shut down for the day. It was clean, cheap and safe. Although I'd prefer to stay downtown if I had to do it again, this isn't a bad choice.

From Marseille and Saint-Étienne: take the A7 highway towards Paris and follow signs to Lyon city-centre. Take exit 1 Lyon Gerland. After the underpass, take cours Charlemagne towards Perrache.

By train
From the train station take tram n° 1, direction Montrochet, and get off at Sainte Blandine. The hotel is 200 metres away, at the far end of Rue Ravat.
