Hotel Kyriad Cannes Mandelieu - La Bocca, Cannes

It does what it says on the tin a cheap and comfortable room for the night with the bonus of a swimming pool. We decided to eat both evening meal and breakfast at the hotel due to its location, neither of which where worth writing about in terms of quality or value.

L'Hotel è ottimo per chi vuol visitare la costa azzurra e spendere poco. Le stanze sono piccole e la moquette a terra può essere per alcuni fastidiosa. Nel complesso però la struttura si è rivelata utile.

Molto comodo da raggiungere dall'autostrada, bella piscina. le stanze come sempre sono piccoline

The Hotel is located between two mainstreets and at the other side is a garden with many (?) dogs. It is in the night very loud! And the rooms are very smal. It is clean and the personal is friedly. At the rooms you can cook tea, coffee, thank you for the biscuits in the room. The Pool is smal but clean. The free parking is great. I dònt will come back. Auf Deutsch: Das Hotel liegt zwischen zwei breiten Hauptstraßen und auf der dritten Seite bifindet sich ein Grundstück mit (mehreren ständig kläffenden) Hunden, somit fällt Schlafen bei offenem Fenster flach, mit geschlossenem Fenster erstickt man fast, wenn man die Klimaanlage ausstellt. Also nur etwas für Leute, denen Klimananlagen nichts ausmachen. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer ist außerdem so klein, daß es nur für schlanke Leute akzeptabel ist(bzw. mit wenig anspruch diesbzgl.)Das kostenlose Parken ist natürlich sehr angenehm. Auch der Wasserkocher mit den teebeuteln/Instantkaffee/Keks ist sehr aufmerksam.Der Pool ist klein und leider sind nie genügend Liegen da, aber es ist alles immer sehr sauber. Der Preis ist relativ teuer. Insgesamt würde ich nicht nochmal kommen.

Horrible location with an overpriced one night stay. Good people and cleanliness though.

When I arrived, it took them almost an hour to find the venere.com reservation -the clerk didn't know how to find it and claimed that there was no reservation. Whenever anyone flushes a toilet or walks by in the hallway or knocks on the door, you can hear it quite well and that's not fun when you're trying to sleep. Also, there were 2 electrical outlets in the room, including the one for the TV near the ceiling, so if you need to charge a phone and your digital camera and your laptop, you have to take turns.

This is a modern "Holiday Inn"-like hotel, but with tiny, European-style rooms. Zero "old world charm," in other words. To be honest, the only reason we stayed here was the price (Cannes is expensive, and we were able to get discounts by booking online), plus the hotel was relatively close to the school where our daughter is doing a semester abroad. The pool was closed (our visit was mid-April), there was free wifi in the lobby only. (There's wifi in the rooms, but you have to pay for it.) The restaurant is closed on certain days, and there are few other places to eat nearby. Some of the desk staff spoke excellent English, some spoke practically none. I can't really complain about anything, it just wasn't a memorable stay. If I ever go back to Cannes, I'll look for some other place.

We had been satisfied from the service of the hotel. It is found a little bit far from the city centre, but it has a spacious parking place. We didn' t take any breakfast, as it was not included in the price. The rooms are too small, but the whole hotel is new and clean. The stuff is not as helpful as we had expected. It is important to note that in the reception area of the hotel we had use the internet explorer for free in our own laptop. A young couple from Greece.

This is most suitable for a one-night stay: the rooms are new, very clean, and equipped with air conditioning (which can be a plus in the summer). The additional features(coffee, tea, biscuits in the room)add a nice touch. However the rooms are very small which would make the hotel difficult to enjoy over a long period. It is also located in a very dense traffic area so walking to and from the hotel isn't possible. Note that the the buffet style breakfast includes a wide variety of food items and is well worth it!.
