Hotel Kyriad Cannes Centre - Cannes

Beautiful room, not really quiet because of the near street, but we slept well. Unfortunately one of the employees was not really kind and, at the end of our staying, she made us wait a long time for just saying that everything was alright (in fact we payed at the beginning of our staying to avoid loss of time).

Good stay, nice clean room, good. Bit hard to find, so get a proper map. It is situated next to the freeway, so was a bit noisy but they have double glazed balcony doors, so it's generally fine. A couple of great restaurants around the corner and a quick walk to the beach. Thanks!

A few block from the train station near a busy street. Top floor breakfast area gives wonderful views over the city. Short walk to beach and la Croisette. Morning market place two blocks away. Excellent access to restaurants.

Few minutes walking from La Croisette, very near to nice pubs and restaurants, public parking available (prices are expensive but it's the same all over Cote d'Azur), easy to find by car, just drive along Rue d'Antibes, you see the hotel in front of the big road, in any case look for parking Lamy. it's ok if you want to visit Cannes and other places and you need hotel only for sleeping, having breakfast and a having a good point of start for you trips.

The hotel is located in a very good position to reach, walking for less than 10 minutes, Rue d'Antibes, Croisette, Palais des Festivals. The hotel offers a parking service at reasonable price (at least for Cannes...) and this is very important

We arrived at the end of Cannes week and so the first two days prices were crazy. However this was partially offest by the last day when the price returned to normal. I do not know how hotels can justify ripping people off on prices when there is an event on. However the stay was really nice and there was an excellent breakfast.

It did what it needed for my business trip, staff were helpful although when the lift didn't work nobody seemed to sort it out quickly

If you are thinking of spending 1 or 2 nights in Cannes and don't want to spend a lot of money, this hotel is the best option. The staff is really nice,and although breakfast is an extra charge (7 euro) is enough for the price. I'll definitely return at this Hotel.

The room was one of the cheapest on our trip but also the largest! Fantastic.

Hotel is fairly centrally located and in walking-distance to the beach. It also offers parking in enclosed garage. Rooms are small. Don't miss the breakfast buffet, which is a great value.

It was a very pleasent stay in this hotel. But there is bar service neither in the hotel nor in the room, no ice, but the breakfast buffet is good and cheap but it closes at 9.30 And the cleaning could be a little bit better. However it was nice and so you can try it safely....

I enjoyed my stay in July 2006 at hotel Kyriad Cannes Cental. The hotel is only 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Many nice restaurants are around the hotel.Service is very good and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel for travelers who are on a budget.

The room is quite due to the double glass window, good air condition, good bathroom and breakfast... well, it has the minimum necessary. It is 10 min. walking maximum from the sea and center of cannes. If you need a parking place reserve in advance since it is a small parking but covered and safe. I do recommend. It has the human touch of a small hotel

The elevator of the hotel can be heard anywhere in the room and the rooms of the 1st floor in the back yard are noisy because of the terrace of the breakfast.Otherwise it is an excellent location to the shopping streets and the beaches, very clean and the staff very helpfull and polite.

This was a very basic hotel, which was good enough to stay in... The hotel rooms were old-ish 70's style, but comfortable. They could do with new pillows, but this is something that was lacking all over Europe for some reason. The aircon did not work. The room overlooked a busy road, but has double glazing to keep out the noise. Breakfast is an ADDITIONAL charge! it's not included in the price. It's a bit expensive for what you get.

The room was very clean and comfortable, but outside there were workers near our windows.

The terrace was wonderfull, the only bad thing is that it's on a big road!

Very well situated in Cannes, and walking distance to main attractions and restaurants in the city. Despite beeing in front of a big road, rooms were good isolated against noise. Good bathroom. AC. The only problem is to find a parking place in the area. Parking at the hotel was 11€/day and from 8:00 to 19:00 you must pay everywhere if you want to park in the street.

This hotel was an absolute pleasure. The staff was friendly, the rooms were very clean and spacious, perfect for two girls going out on the town every night after walking to the beach and shopping all day. Also walking distance from some excellent restaurants and bars. Good bathrooms, good AC and full length mirrors.

I liked the friendly reception personel and their effort to converse in English. I like the proximity of the place with the beach.

Hotel quite nice, very clean, spacious bathroom. We were offered a smoking room first but they changed it within a minute on our request. Our room was very quiet as well as we were facing the garden. The hotel is close to a big road though, so you should make sure to ask for a room not facing the side of the road. All in all, very nice hotel, location close to la Croisette, great stay. Would definitly recommend it.
