1st The hotel is 1 block away from the TD Garden but is in a rather boring part of Downtown Boston. The hotel is surrounded by Gov't buildings and was like a ghost town on the weekend. It's pretty far from Faneuil Hall Marketplace. I walked there 1 day it took me 25 mins. If you enjoy the quiet nights and long walks around the wharf this is your hotel if you want to be right in the action don’t stay here. 2nd When I checked in my 1st room (311) it was very small.. You have to turn sideways to get from the bed to the window.. When I checked my view I was uumm surprised to open the blinds to a completely naked women in the room facing my window. There is absolutely no privacy in the rooms. I called front desk and asked for a better room. I got (906) which is somewhat bigger with a view of the buildings and the street below. Paying 310.00 a night was NOT worth the room or views.. Oh well live and learn! 3rd Bathroom/shower was nice and big with a leopard print housecoat for the ladies and lots of space for your stuff. Nice touch with the lights in the shower and the shampoo in the dispenser (good for enviro) 4th The wine hour was a nice way to start the evening or end your day. 5th Carpet in the room and headboard could use a clean I never walked around barefoot in the room to many stains on the floor. And foot prints on the headboard (don’t even wanna know how they got there) lol 6th nice big TV and high back chair for reading… bottled water was $4.00 if u want snacks walk 1 block up 7-11 right there. *note* If you get a chance to go to the "Barking Crab" it's a lot of fun and really good seafood.. Only problem is NO PARKING if you wanna park 2-3 blocks away it was 12.00 for the night. Tequila Mexican Grill in the marketplace was really good food
