We stayed ina deluxe room. It was our second time in kempinski and we weren't satisfied this time because of some unpleasant incidents.Our last night we decided to go to the hotel's restaurant to have dinner for our anniversary. They didn't let us sit in a normal table for 2 people saying that it was for 4 people.(Sunday night, in an empty hotel, and in an EMPTY RESTAURANT)They were very rude and made us sit specificly on the wall!! So we had to leave to have dinner in the other 5 star hotel of Bansko restaurant where we saw an absolutely different behaviour and we weren't even their guests! PS: Maybe they thought it was OK to treat us like this because of our young age (24 years old) We will not go there next time mailnly because of their behaviour
