The room was fresh, clean and everything worked. It wasn't homely but it was comfortable, convenient and efficient. Two quibbles: the 'cheap' £8.50 buffet breakfast -- I went walkabout for a coffee and egg roll for half the price; and the fact that the walls were not thick enough to block out my neighbour's alarm clock at six am, two mornings in a row. The restaurant food is overpriced and ordinary, but there are lots of options within walking distance in the city centre. Internet access is only free if you buy a drink in the bar. Very convenient for the station and Sheffield Hallam Univ.
