Beautifully spacious and clean hotel in superb location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Receptionist who checked us in was particularly accomodating and upgraded our room. Could have stayed at this hotel much longer. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice of food and tables. Nice restaurant with plenty of good restaurants near by.

A bunch of friend's travelling to liverpool for weekend break. Hotel is situated in a great spot, on the docks if you would like to do some beatle tour's etc, & 10/15 minute walk to the cavern & if you'd like to do a spot of shopping. The staff are very friendly & helpful. The room's are spacious & spotless & the breakfast was very good. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Only stayed the one night just used the hotel to crash in after a liverpool football game, the place was bright and clean the staff were frendly , breakfast buffet was just what the doctor ordered after the few late beers , no complaints ( except the result )
