Staff very helpful on arrival. Very friendly too. Very accessible to anywhere in Dublin City. Loads of restaurants around.

The service was brilliant and check in was quick. The hotel were very helpful with giving directions or advice about anything we needed.The hotel also kept our bags during the croke park match which was excellent. The only downside was the price was very expensive to stay for one night and we could only get a triple room. Overall I would stay in this hotel again.

The room needed repainting and bathtub tile scrubbed of mildew. An average hotel. I chose it off Trivago due to 58 euro web pricing. When asked to stay again at same rate that was online, reception staff looked at me with disdain and said the room was 159 euro and before I could go back upstairs to book it online with my computer, was locked out of my room. Then I chose to just leave the hotel and went to the Gresham for 89 euro and less hassle.
