Superb hotel placed in the best possible place in Paris. Extremely friendly and helping staff (which is not the standard in Paris). I am a pretty exigent person and still I quoted most of the items in your questionnaire, inclusive the General Review, with a perfect 10. And that summarizes all!! My less than 10 scores was only for less than perfect cleanliness - I found the room perfectly clean, but in the 8 days that I was there, I thing they did not vacuum cleaned it. Another less than 10 score (the relationship between price/quality) was not due to the room price, but due to the prices of the extras. 54 euro a breakfast for 2 people or 6 euro for a small bottle of water in the room bar seems pretty high. (It is certainly something different, but came in my mind Strozzi Palace in Florence with its included breakfast and 1 euro for a mineral water bottle in the room bar). We had breakfast at Laduree on rue Royale instead, 5 minute walk, a superb place, superb beauty and quality, for half of this price. I strongly recommend this hotel (and Maison Laduree), I will certainly return to it on my next visit in Paris.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. We arrived early and were allowed to register, which was very welcome after a long flight. Plus, the room was wonderful. The location was spectacular, with all of the Paris landmarks close to the hotel. We will definitely return.

Very slow registration system. We were given a wrong room with twin beds even though their software said it was a Queensyze. Almost one hour to move. However the attitude was excellent. Internet did not work in the room although we were given a connecting wire. The overall evaluation was pretty good.

The Jolly Lotti was a great place to stay on our first visit to Paris. The location was excellent, near the Lourvre and the Toullerie Gardens and within walking distance of the Latin Quarter and the Arc of Triumph. We even walked to the Eiffel Tower. The concierges were excellent, they made a couple of nice dinner reservations for us and showed us how to get to Versailles by taking the train. We asked and were given a room in the new section, with a view of the inside atrium. The room was quiet, with nice wood floors of average size. The bathroom was large, with both a tub and a shower, a bidet, double sinks and warming racks. When we settled our bill they had added a breakfast we did not have but promptly removed it from the bill. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lotti and would probably stay there again.

Drinks at the bar were expensive. The restaurant menu was boring with only fancy crap food, where is the meat and potatoes? The only beef they had was on a sage stick for a kebab skewer. I encouraged them that a steak on the menu wouldn't do any harm since I can buy a kebab in the street at a stall. Vegetarian pickings for my girlfriend were slim too. We stayed in a joining room, the type with two doors joining the bedroom of the next room number to yours. That in combination with the bad luck to have a loud mouthed english couple next door made our room uncomfortable. (Really why do they have to talk so loudly?) So joining rooms could be a bad thing. I suggested to the hotel that they remind people staying in joining rooms to keep in down. Without that problem our room was lovely and the service was 200% Those are my only gripes. It's about 50euro from CDG airport to here by taxi and 8euro per person by train. It's 300 meters to Plaza Concorde which is pretty much the Champs Elysees standing between the Louvre and Arc de Triumph.

My stay at the Jolly Lotti was excellent. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful and all spoke English. The rooms were terrific and the location is unbelivable. I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family and would return to the hotel in the future.

Lovely place. Clean, comfortable, quiet, great staff and close to the Louvre and Musee D'Orsay, high end jewelers to low end souvenier shops. Couldn't have been happier.

This is a lovely hotel centrally located near the Place de la Concorde, which makes it within easy walking distance of many of the most frequently visited areas of Paris. It was also close to the Metro, so movement around to other areas is easily accomplished. The staff was helpful, polite, and willing to speak English. For the price this hotel was an exceptional value. I would definitely stay here again.
