Completely dissapointed of this hotel! After changing of owners and a restoration the Venere clients are lodge in the old bedroom but paid the new price! It's absolutely scandalous! Moreover the staff is not very cordial! Too bad for a hotel so well located!

The room was up-graded to a junior suite and the late check-out until 5 PM was also accepted despite one night stay, probably due to the slack period at the end of August. The hotel restaurant was good in hospitality and we used it three times during our stay.

I stayed 3 days in milan. The hotel is close to downton (on foot) ar 15 mn to Linate airport (by car). Nice old hotel.

This hotel has repeatedly compromised the security of our credit card number. We scratched out our credit card number on the hotel's credit card receipt (after the card was swiped, and after we verified with the front desk clerk that he had our number in his system from our reservation). The clerk was still unsatisfied claiming that our acts were "illegal." He prohibited us from leaving until he wrote our credit card number on a random sheet of paper. Upon return, I informed customer relations of the rude behavior of the front desk (ignoring Americans in line and helping Italians first) and of this possible credit card security compromise. They wrote back apologizing and attaching a copy of our credit card recipt (with full credit card number), once again compromising the security of our credit card number. In an effort to explain their unacceptable behaior, they repeated the very bad behavior complained of. Despite the comfortable rooms and nice breakfast, I cannot recommend staying here unless you pay cash and are Italian.

Excellent location. Excellent breakfast. Very nice renovation of lobbie, bar, restaurant Only problem: For the same price, our friends stayed in a recently renovated and redecorated room whereas we stayed in an older one. This was not a big deal to us as the older room was not bad at all, however this might be a problem for other guests.

Great location, fabulous amenities, clean and comfortable rooms. I think the web site could use updated pictures of the hotel rooms which were newly remodeled and very comfortable. We stayed with our two daughters and another family with their daughters and we all loved the hotel.

Fantastic location, superb breakfast. I will stay at the Jolly President at my next visit to Milan. A little bit expensive, but... it´s Milan.

Very friendly staff. Had a great time practicing Italian with the barman. The concierge was helpful. The room was a superior double, but some hotels might have called it a junior suite. It was wide, and had a separate sitting area. Very nice.

The hotel service is excellent, the desk staf attentive and helpful. It's a modern block, not a historic building but it represents excellent value for money and is in the central area of the city. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The "general rewiew" and "quality vs price" dosent get high scores because : at a 4 stars hotel we recond that the beds would been softer, and the pillows where extremly hard and not comfertable at all. Everything else was excellent !

With this hotel, you get what you pay for (in comparison to other hotels in Milan). The faclilities are quality. This won't be a "steal" price-wise, but you should be satisfied.
