Cancellation must be made 30 days before arrival date, and 1 night penalty will be charged in the case of a cancellation.

All Reservations must be cancelled 24 Hours prior to arrival dates, if not, the Hotel is going to charge 1 night in the credit card number given as guarantee method. Same penalty charge will be applied if client doesn't arrive to the Hotel without previous notice
