The hotel is also very close to the commercial and historical centre, as well as to the Mallorca-Son San Juan airport.

The hotel is located in one of the most important commercial and business districts of Majorca. The area is also well-known for its beauty and entertainment. Also in the surroundings are located the Auditorium and the Victoria Convention Center. The Tryp Bellver enjoys a privileged location in Majorca, with easy access to the most important sightseeing spots of the island.
