アパートメント（ダブルルーム） Each of the ten apartments at the Erel-Raekoja Residence is equipped with a full kitchen, featuring a fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, water boiler, and dishes, separate living and dining areas, and either one or two bedrooms.

The 1-bedroom apartments have a double bedroom and a sofa bed that sleeps two in the living room. 2-bedroom apartments have either double or twin bedrooms, and many of the 2-bedroom apartments also have a sofa bed in the living room. Advance requests can be made if you have a preference regarding the bedding arrangements.

The bathrooms have a shower and many also feature a sauna. The guest apartments are regularly serviced, which includes a weekly change of bed-linen and a general cleaning service.
