For an overnight stay, the lodging features a 35 sq.m. Deluxe Suite for two. It includes a big double bedroom, a dining area with table, sofa-bed, 2 armchairs and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. There are also a private bathroom with hair-dryer, and a cooking corner with microwave oven, fridge as well as tea and coffee making facilities.

For a week-end or weekly rental, the one-room to four-room apartments can host from 3 to 6 people.
The one-room apartment or studio are either classic (30 sq.meters) for two or comfort (35 sq.meters) for 3 people. All include a dining area with sofa-bed, flat screen TV with satellite channels, and a kitchenette with fridge, hot plates, coffeepot and microwave oven, as well as a private bathroom with shower.

The bigger apartments are either classic three-room flats (75 sq.meters) for 4 people or comfort four-room flats (85 sq.meters) for 6 people. All come with a large kitchen with dishwasher, a dining room with one or two sofa-beds in addition to the standard amenities, a quadruple bedroom (one double bed and 2 bunk beds) or two double rooms, depending on the category.
