レジデンス（外観） The Carpadiem Roma Golf Club Residence lies around 10 km from the centre of Rome, in the Guidonia Montecello neighbourhood. This exclusive resort, accessible only to residents and guests, is set within the stunning Laura Biagiotti Estate, home to one of Italy's most attractive golf clubs, the Marco Simone.

This recently-built, simple but elegant property features 48 luxury apartment suites, each directly overlooking the green with its gently rolling fairways, and each with its own patio and small garden, guaranteeing every guest a uniquely relaxing stay.

Services and facilities include a well equipped health centre with indoor swimming pool, sauna, spa and fitness centre as well as a convenient shuttle service linking the property with Rome's underground network.

Reception hours are 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturdays and 8 a.m to 1 p.m./4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays.

By car
From the Roma-Napoli highway, take the Grande Raccordo Anulare (not towards Firenze) and proceed in the direction of the A1 Roma-Firenze highway. Take exit n.11 Nomentana and follow indications away from the city-centre towards Mentana. At the first junction you encounter (after a few kilometres), keep to the right and follow the indications towards Guidonia. Shortly thereafter, you will reach another juntion; keep to the right again and continue to follow directions towards Guidonia. At this point, you should be travelling along via di Marco Simone. At street number 80 (you will notice a large gate on your left), is the Carpediem Roma Golf Club estate entrance.

If you are arriving from the A1 Firenze-Roma highway, follow directions towards the Roma Nord exit. After crossing the tollbooth, head straight onto the Grande Raccordo Anulare and towards exit n.11 Nomentana. Then follow the above directions.

By train
From the Roma Termini railway station, take underground line B to Rebibbia. A shuttle service is available to transport guests from the Rebbibia station directly to the property.

By airplane
The Fiumicino Airport is situated around 50 km away.
