アパートメント（テラス） The Serviced Apartments Roma offers apartments situated on three levels: terrace, first floor and second floor. Each apartment has one private parking place. All lodgings feature heating, kitchenette, satellite TV and safe.

The one-room apartments for 2 persons consist of one double sofa bed, while the apartments for 4 persons feature a double room or a loft with two beds or a double bed, and in the living-room is available one double sofa bed. The 4A studios have a chair-bed for a 5th person.

The complex also provides 4 guest rooms, offered with the same treatment of the apartments including the final cleaning service, but not including the daily maid service.
