アパートメント - 4人部屋 Among the 16 apartments at the Residence Spiaggia D'Oro complex, there are both 45 m² (484 sq. ft) apartments suitable for 1 to 4 people, as well as apartments of the same size that are suitable for 4 to 6 people. You can also bring your pets along to these pet-friendly apartments too.

Every apartment has a spacious kitchenette with a microwave and hobs that opens out onto a comfy living room with a table and chairs. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a balcony or a terrace with a view of Lake Garda.

The 1-4 person apartments come with 1 double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, while the apartments for up to 6 people have a large double bed and a bunk bed in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room. The apartments are cleaned weekly although daily cleaning and extra changes of linen are available on request. DVD players, mobile phones and kettles can all be supplied for no extra charge too.

By car
From the A4 Motorway, Desenzano del Garda Exit: follow the signs to Desenzano. After about 100 metres/108 yards, follow the Verona-Sirmione-Brescia-Lonato signs and then the Peschiera-Verona-Rivoltella-Desenzano Est signs. Get off at the second exit signed posted for Rivoltella-Desenzano and keep on following the Desenzano/Rivoltella signs. At the second roundabout, always follow the Desenzano sign. Go straight ahead at the set of traffic lights and then turn right at the next roundabout after 500 metres/0.3 miles. The apartment complex is located here.
From the A4 Motorway, Sirmione Exit: go to Sirmione turning right at the roundabout. At the second roundabout, turn left and follow the signs to Desenzano. In the village of Rivoltella, 600 metres/0.4 miles after the 4th set of traffic lights, you will find a roundabout with the sign Residence Spiaggia d'Oro. Turn left and the complex is just on the right.
