レジデンス（外観） The Pratt Shore Residence is located four blocks north of the Loyola Station, in the Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. Situated on a tree-lined street which leads to a beach, with public tennis courts and a small park, this apartment complex allows residents to enjoy fabulous suburban living just a stone's throw away from downtown Chicago.

The Pratt Shore is a newly renovated eight-story brown brick building. In the lobby, Greek columns and green plants add a touch of charm. These small but bright, comfortable and clean apartments are the perfect alternative for the budget minded traveller.

All of the apartments at the Pratt Shore Residence feature a fully equipped kitchenette, and shared laundry facilities are located in the basement of the property.
