Made up of a series of Italian-style buildings named after famous Impressionist painters, this children-friendly residence features spacious apartments with terrace or balcony, 2 outdoor swimming pools, a bar, a restaurant, indoor and outdoor parking facilities, a children's playground, a teenagers' room with Internet access, multi-sport playground, a mini-market, a pétanque game, tennis tables, a tennis court, a luggage room and a coin-operated laundry. Fax and photocopy service is also available on the premises.

Leave Highway A8 at Cannes-ouest /La Bocca (Exit 41). Follow direction Cannes-la Bocca, then take Avenue Francis Tonner and Avenue du Docteur Picaud. At the traffic lights, turn left and go up Boulevard Leader until the first crossroad and you will get Avenue Amiral Wester Welyss.
By train
Cannes central station is about 2.4 miles (4 km) from the residence.
By airplane
Nice Côte d’Azur is about 21 miles miles (35 km) from the residence. You can either take a taxi or the Cannes direct airport shuttle bus (departure approximately every 30 minutes) and get off at Gare Routière/Place de l’Hôtel de Ville(Cannes central bus terminal).
