The house is located in a quite, sunny position with a beautiful view on the lake that is only 150 m away. With a little stroll you will reach the centre of the typical Assenza di Brenzone village and at 200 m you will find the "ACQUAFRESCA CLUB" harbour with tennis courts too.
RESIDENCE CLUB GARDABLÚ is new and is the last building of a new, residential, completely free from vehicles area scattered in a typical olive garden with a lot of blossoming bushes.
The residence is surrounded by a wonderful nature and is composed of 26 richly furnished flats equipped with lift, SAT TV connection, safe, direct dial telephone, car parking.
