レジデンス（外観） The new Verdeblu residence is positioned in one of the most beautiful areas of the upper Garda Lake in Trentino, less than 500 metres from the renowned sailing and surfing venue of Torbole sul Garda: in Arco, Linfano locality.

The property, surrounded by a luxuriant landscape with beautiful olive groves and vineyards, it is strategically placed for lovely walks along the lake shore or for the practice of any sport. The Garda Lake cycling path runs to the lake beach located 800 metres far from the residence.

If you prefer the tranqullity and the relax, an ample and sunny garden will offer you the possibility to stay at the residence. A swimming pool for adults and children, a sauna, a wellness centre and a fitness room, an outdoor playing area, a grill and barbecue area and sundecks are only a few comforts that residence offers.
