By airplane
From Faro Airport: leave the airport behind and take the dual carriageway, following the signs to Faro and Almancil. After 3 km/1.8 miles, take the EN125 road towards Portimão. After another 4 km/ miles, take the right exit in the fork towards Almancil and keep going for another 3 km. Then, make a right turn just after passing the church in the village of São Lourenço, following the signs to Almancil. Once you reach the center of Almancil, make a left turn at the second set of traffic lights. Keep going for another 500 meters/0.3 miles and turn left at the fork, following the signs to Quinta do Lago. When you get to the roundabout at the entrance to Quinta do Lago, follow the main road. You will find the entrance to Monte de Quinta on your left, at the fifth roundabout.
