Highway A12 direction Innsbruck – take exit Zillertal, follow street B169 direction Zillertal until Zell am Ziller, and follow street up the mountain to Gerlos (18km).
You can also come via Kufstein – Kitzbühel – Paß Thurn – Mittersill to Gerlos.

By train
By train to Jenbach/Tirol; go on with Zillertalbahn (little steam train) or bus to Zell am Ziller and from there with bus to Gerlos.

By airplane
Airport Munich (Franz-Josef-Strauß): about 200 km.
Airport Salzburg (Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart): about 180 km.
Airport Innsbruck: about 85 km.
